Currently here with my girlfriend consuming food we did not order... Initial African American guy was friendly & began making our orders. Quesadilla was our orders. We explained what we wanted several times to him and another guy who began assisting with our orders. He was Hispanic/Asian. (if I knew their names I could care less abt ethnicity) IJS Well he was rude amd nevet even greeted us yet grabbed our food. The manager reluctantly came upfront bc once we see them attempting to roll our food when we oredered quesadillas we asked for him. They tried to charge 3.50 extra.. Manager overexplained the point system and did not charge for our food. We get to our seats and realize that they only gave us one of our 2 sour creams. My gf walks back up to get another and the Hispanic barely fills it and throws it at her with an attitude as if the sour cream came out of his check! The young Caucasian who rung ud up apologized and had great customer svc for entire ordeal. Overall I am never coming back to this location and have never rcvd such poor customer service at any Chipotle chains. #ThatIsAll

LOL went in on Nurses BOGO with my mom whos an LPN. Showed them the ID and they questioned its validity. They gave us a funny look and gave us the impression that it was fake. Yeah I would laminate a fake ID card to get a free burrito. These people are a joke. If they went to med school Im sure they would know what an LPN is and stood for Licensed Practical Nurse" or if they just looked at the bottom of the email they could have educated themselves. Bunch of jokes to have to deal with this and have my moms degree degraded by workers who dont know their own policy. Extremely unprofessional. If Chipotle is putting on a nurse appreciation special I expect not to have my moms education questioned with a valid ID card. I expect the staff to know that RN, NP, CRNA, CNA, LPN, LVN are all considered nurses. Educate your staff and tell them not degrade others.

The location is very nice on the other hand its been by far the worst Chipotle with thier serving portions, there extremley stingy. I usually ask for extra and even yet its not as much as the other Chipotles serve you without the extra. Also most of the time the music and employees are so loud talking about nonsence with other coworkers while attending me. I now like to go to the other location closest to me on Las Vegas Blvd and Warm Springs , they are typically very busy but i rather wait in line for a stacked meal and very friendly employees rather than this location.

This particular Chipotle has bad service i have been to a.few and this one defenatly needs some help in customer service. I suggested to a manager that they should wear masks since they talk while.serving you asking you questions about what you want also they charge extra for guacamole $1,95 and really give you a small portion of it. anyhow now only 1 of my kids eats here we all go somewhere else.

Have not eaten here since the "problem" the chain had. Found the vegetarian bowl to be as good as expected. Staff was not as outgoing friendly as past visits but I mostly care about quick service and recent food. Having done delivery pickups here over the past 6 months I find they are always ready for me. Ill be back. Would be 5 star if they had better fresh grilled veggies.

I love Chipotle but everytime I came here we have problem with chicken if there not busy they give you a lot chicken but if they have a lot people in the line they not give u chicken at all and I and up paying for extra chicken i dont think its fair to do that . P.s at night they do the same thing because probably they not want make more meat.

The girl that made our burritos was nice, but me and one of my sons both found hair in our burrito. I found a small hair with the follicle attached and my son had a long hair, about 7 inches wrapped in his shell. My other two sons didnt find hair, but we threw it all out. Needless to say, Im good on chipotle and thoroughly disgusted.

Food was great but when I asked for 6 chicken tacos and the chick behind the counter got an attitude and literally gave me 5 pieces of chicken in one taco. I thought she was going to add more chicken to it but nope. Next time I go I will ask if they dont rush my order. If you dont like your job maybe get a new one

One of the better Chipotles in the valley. My favorite is at Lake Mead & US 95, least favorite by the outlet mall on South Las Vegas Blvd. I consider myself a Chipotle expert.
