Honestly the service here was great, the staff is super nice and the presentation of the food is good. Thats why I gave it 2 stars. Unfortunately the food is less than wonderful. My fiance and I have been here twice (we wanted to give it a second chance) but it just didnt get any better. The fried rice was good, but my sesame chicken was overly salty and the crab Rangoons dont have much flavor (sad day). My fiance had beef broccoli the first time and braised spicy chicken wings the second time and he also said his food was very salty and just didnt sit well. We really wanted to like it because of the good reviews but we just werent impressed.

This is one of our favorite restaurants. The prices are GREAT, especially considering the quality of the food you get. I took two coworkers there recently for lunch - total tab for three entrees WITH TIP was $21.00. My favorite thing to eat there is the sesame chicken. My husband likes the peanut butter chicken. Do not let the outside of the restaurant fool you - true, it could use a coat of paint; but the inside is clean and in good condition. Wait staff is friendly and your order arrives at the table in less than five minutes after ordering. GREAT place!

This place is literally the BEST in Omaha for Chinese. Its so sad its so far away :( Ive been going here for 4 years and I love it! The portions are filling, the prices are amazing, and theyre always so nice and so fast! Its chinese food made right. I love that the place is always busy, too. I always recommend it to my friends and they are not disappointed. We live on 156th and Q now, but my fiancee and always make a point to go at least once a year! Definitely going soon :) Their sesame chicken is to die for!

Absolutely disgusting Roaches crawling on the wall when brought to the attention to the clerk she acted like she could not see it and asked if I still wanted my food. I said do you have them in your cooking area and she said with a dumb founded look on her face I dont see them often no not really!! I then looked at the window and saw roaches stuck in the tape on the window and then asked for my money back!! I will never eat here!! Health department will be informed tomorrow as well! Very very disgusting!!!

Well the food was good but the inside is pretty small and disgusting and when I eat my meal I dont want to have to worry about it being dirty just like the kitchen and dining room appeared to be. The food WAS good but the fact that the staff there is kind of annoying and apathetic and it being so disgusting is mainly why I will not go there again. its a shame, I live close and its the only Chinese for a few miles. But it is really disgusting DONT GO

Roaches, Roaches, Roaches.... crawling on the walls as I am waiting for my carry out order-- I grab one waitress as she is walking past... tell her/show her... she says.. irritation on 10, eyes rolling... to tell her manager .. I tell/show the manager... she apologies and walks away.. WOW! DISGUSTING! UNSANITARY! INSANE.. NEVER AGAIN! HEALTH INSPECTORS, SHUT IT DOWN...

It was an average chinese take out place. Not good enough to praise but bot bad enough to bash. I assumed by its huge crowds which it attracts that it was something amazing. Ive tried yummy chicken,imperial chicken, and combination lomein. None of which stood out as anything special. The crab rangoons and rgg drop soup werent half bad though.

Overrated rating on Google. The place looked dirty. There were flies everywhere. The styrofoam my drink was served in looked like it had been chewed on. The cashier took the liberty of opening my straw and putting it in my drink for me. Uhh thanks dont do that. The food itself wasnt terrible. Wont go here again.

The foods is made to order and they are so fast that you hardly have a chance to get seated. The staff is friendly and attentive. The food tastes amazing. Most people will drive by and not give it a second look; that is fine by me.....i dont like my favorite places too crowded!

this place is great, and its cheap as hell. i got the peanut butter chicken, which was the best peanut butter chicken i have ever had. with the entree i also got steamed rice and two crab rangoons for only $5.80! great deal. great food. a must for chinese enthusiasts.

This Chinese food joint is FAR from authentic. The fried foods are always greasy, the steamed and fried rice are always dried out and crunchy and the main dishes are lacking in flavor. Ive tried to give this place a couple of opportunities, but I always find it lacking.

This place is so gross . I was half way eating it and i found a cockroach in the rice . Its unsanitary and the lady taking my order barley speak english. It took 30 mins for her to understand what i wanted . Sorry but i will not be coming back here any longer .

Ate there and got food poisoning and when I called to let them know that the fried Chicken wings made me ill the male manager or owner acted as if he did not care. I usually eat there a lot but I felt as a valued customer I was not treated fairly

IVE EATEN AT about 90% of all Chinese restaurants in Omaha (because of my traveling sales job) and I can honestly say the RICE BOWL is tied for BEST. The other place equally as good is Hunan Palace in Papillion. TRUST ME!

RiceBowl used to be one of the best places for Chinese food, however over the past 6 months l, the quality of their food has decreased considerably. I stopped eating here cause the quality of their food has gotten bad.

rice bowl is so good shrimp fried rice and the egg rolls oooooowwwweeeee and to all you people saying they have roaches how did they pass health inspection then dont get rice bowl confused with CHINA TASTE

Best hot and sour soup in Omaha. The rest of the food is great too. If you dont like something dont give up on this place there is something here to eat for everyone. Awesome service as well

I love Rice Bowl. It is very, very, very affordable. $6 for sesame chicken! everywhere else i have been is closer to $10 with a quarter of the taste. If you havent been here, go tonight!

The online ordering (through their website) does not work. They do not receive the orders, if you want carry out you need to call ahead. I had the General Tsos. Its average at best.

Whenever I head back to Nebraska, this is my first stop after leaving Eppley because I have yet to find a Hot&Sour soup in my travels that is on the level that Rice Bowl makes.

My co-worker and I love this place put we both became ill after eating there Wed., May 20th. We both had the Cashew Chicken for lunch that day. My leftovers went in the trash.
