Coming from the east coast its nice to be able to get some quality cold cut sandwiches here. Know that even though this chain prides itself on NYC style deli offerings, it has no locations in NYC. Thats because as good as this is, it is still miles away from a legitimate family style deli in the NYC greater area (or philly for that matter). The menu is large and to date everything ordered has been tasty. They like to add butter to nearly every sandwich surprisingly it does add something nice. Unfortunately more than once Ive had less than stellar experiences with the staff. Sometimes being left waiting other times bullied into ordering quickly, others still just nasty attitudes. Its not all staff but the owner/manager seems to exhibit this behavior which is clearly trickling down.

Disgusting food. I ordered an egg sandwich which should be hot instead the breakfast meat was cold and the egg raw. The kaiser roll it came on (instead of a new york style bagel which i was expecting) was a sponge of egg yolk. The fountain drink machine was full of black mold and grey mildew. Waste of money, i do not recommend it to anyone.

This place is AMAZING!!! We loved all of the food, the sides and the deserts. Will definitely come back. More meat and cheese on the sandwiches than subway and Jimmy Johns combines and their bread is delicious. We will come here from now on. The service was also great and they got the sandwiches out very quickly.

The worst customer service tell me to "hold on"! ask nicely if I mind holding on gess messed up a Ruben 3 - 4 things go on, one is not spicy brown mustard. Yeah sure lots of sandwiches but there expensive
