The management and customer service is the WORST that Ive ever experienced in a fast food business. I order from them all the time because I love the food, however every time I order theres something wrong with the food. Either something isnt there or something is on a sandwich that shouldnt be. Whats really incredible is the fact that when you call to complain, they fight you on it and make it seem like you did something wrong. Just tonight I ordered and asked that my cor de laine be sent with all ingredients separate and Id put it together so my sandwich doesnt arrive soggy (since they take1.5 hours to deliver most of the time) and then I ordered my fiances sandwich and a drink. When the food got here EVERYTHING was in seperate containers for BOTH sandwiches! I could have just went ahead and put his sandwich together just fine except the fact that they didnt send ANY of the sauce for his.... No mayo, no oil, no vinegar or oregano. So I called back and spoke with general manager Angelica and she told me shes just send a made sandwich back. We waited another hour to eat and when the delivery guy got here he handed me some oil and vinegar! I was so upset... I called back and she told me that because there were comments indicating a history of dissatisfaction she REFUSED to make it right. There wouldnt be comments if they would do there job!!! I couldnt believe she REFUSED to make him a put together sandwich... Then she told me shed rather I just stop ordering from them... Im going to make sure everyone knows what horrible customer service they offer in hopes of saving someone else the frustration. The store on Wetmore and Oracle in Tucson is the WORST. Something needs to change.

Horrible mgmt. Food was very yummy the Mexican manager in the morning and at lunch is the one to avoid ! Ive been in several times and she talks alot without saying anything. LOL Ive watched on three different occasions customers turn around and walkout because she cant handle the pressure and does not know how to operate the cash register . It takes her half an hour to make a sandwich she is the definition of extremely slow physically and mentally. My lunch break ended everytime I was there and I was still waiting in line while she glared at the register screen and slowly pushed one button at a time. She is definitely a tweeker burnout who does not have the integrity or education needed to manage a business . Her ghetto cholla prison tattoos and appearance doesnt add to her appeal either. Its too bad this business did not appoint proper management and require random drug testing it could be a normal and proper business with great food. It would not surprise me if this location closes its doors last but not least I also witnessed more than once customers come in and raise hell and complain about their delivery orders being an hour and half late and the wrong orders all due to Angelina who is a druggy incompetent space cadet. I own several businesses within walking distance and I would kick an employee like Angelina to the curb and fire her. She does not know what a business needs and how to make a business work.

I stopped into this store for the first time a few days ago after a co-worker of mine said what great food they had. I ordered my sub and about 15 minutes later it was done. Keep in mind, my co-worker and I were the only people in the store. I then started to bite into what I was expecting to be a great sandwich after paying almost $13.00 just for a sub and drink, instead I bit into something that I would expect canned cat food to taste like. The bun was completly soggie and hadnt finished cooking before it was served. So a few days later my co-worker askes me to try something else on the menu, again the same story. Save your money folks. Im not a subway fan either but McDonalds sitting out for three days would have tasted better!

**DANGER!** BE AWARE!! I ate here last Friday and became deathly sick! When I called to complain I was told the GM would call me on sunday. I still have not heard from them (a week later). When I called to follow up today I was told by the manager on duty that I had to provide a hospital bill for them to do anything for me! If you want to experience excruciating pain, severe vomiting, and uncontrollable diarrhea, and people that DO NOT care this is the place to go! **EAT HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK**

I love Silver Mine. I work in a salon setting and get stuck at work. Its great being able to call and have food just magically arrive! And it is actually great food. I am gluten free so I usually have to get a salad but the veggies are fresh and crisp. My BF gets the subs and I die to want to try the bread. It looks and smells so good! Delivery times have been pretty good for me and service has always been good too. Very friendly on the phone and when delivering.

Good sandwiches when the actually manage to get an order right. This is probably the 3rd or 4th time Ive ordered a sandwich with no lettuce (allergic) and received lettuce on a sandwich. Oh, and when you call to rectify the issue, expect to talk to someone who sounds like theyre being inconvenienced by your business. I get it. Late night orders are tough, but come on. Oh yeah, and the order was also 45 minutes past their estimated delivery time.

Good was good expect for the that my salad had no dressing nor a fork. Got a spoon for chili though. Got the wrong sandwich and deliver took over an hour, and I was looking forward to the cookie I ordered as well which wasnt there but was listed on the reciept. Called to let them know that I was missing some item but its been over an hour and still no delivery driver. Thank you for the sandwich and the box of lettuce.

Great subs with no meat!!!! Ordered a delicous turkey blt with avocado. The sandwich was delicous, too bad all it was was flavor and bread. There was a single slice of turkey on each 4" slice of my 8" sub and maybe 2 at most diced up pieces of bacon on it!!!! How is a piece of flavored bread a meal!!! Never again would i eat here, subway is 100x better than here at the same price

My boyfriend and I have come here a few times after we get off work late (after midnight) and the staff arent usually very sociable or friendly. Our sandwiches are often served a bit sloppy with soggy bread and hot sandwiches are served cold. No hello when we walk in, no goodbye as we leave. Pretty dissatisfied.

Probably some of the worst management and customer service ever at this particular establishment, the food is ok, depending on if the person who is making your sandwich is in a good mood or not i guess. go to firehouse or jimmy johns instead. tucson would not miss much if this store closed down as well.
