This was the first and ONLY time I will eat at the Ziggies in West Plains MO. (Ive also visited the one in Rolla, MO and it is OK...better than the one at this particular location BY FAR). In short... Appetizer ordered? Onion rings...$4.99 amounted to eight whole onion rings! Soggy ones at that. I can get a lg. order of onion rings at sonic for $1.99 and it would amount to twice the quantity and flavor. The childrens menu offers NO fruit or veggies (unless you consider french fries a vegetable) so I ordered fettuccine alfredo to split between my two toddlers. This was served with chicken (I didnt order "chicken alfredo" which is also on menu) and what amounted to six pieces of broccoli. My husband and I both ordered the skillets (knock-off of I-Hops skillets). The hash browns were soggy, and barely warmed through and there is no seasoning what-so-ever (unless yellowish brown grease is a seasoning??). To make a long story short, Im out $32.88 and still had to stop somewhere else to feed my family and buy some tums. Im sorry Ziggie, but youve got it all wrong in West Plains.

We eat there a lot. The service is good. Food is usually good but last week I ordered a cheese omelet - it awful - it was very thin with a small amount of cheese - did not reach the edges and the eggs were really thin. Did not like it. Also the week before I ordered cinnamon french toast- usually it is spread out on the plate and powdered sugar on top. This time the toast was stacked and no sugar. I had cream cheese crepes and the strawberry glaze was skimpy. Must be a new cook .

Great food and good service. I love the international omelettes, trying the Greek for the first time today. The Mexican is sensational, a little spicy but I like it that way. Edit: The Greek omelette is delicious. Having it again!

I was looking for a hot breakfast after a backpacking trip nearby in cold January weather. This place is an oasis. Friendly and attentive service...fresh and flavorful foods...all the comfort food you want on one menu.

Our bacon was overcooked. Hashbrowns didnt even have a hint of browning to them. And our scrambled eggs were overcooked. Biscuits & gravy were the only good thing out of it all. Service was good though.

Food is awful. Service is hit or miss. When this was "Ziggies" it was a weekly breakfast spot but new owners and menu are lacking in all areas. Unimpressed. Wont return.
