Service was excellent. Ordered one of the new prime burgers, when served it was extremely raw. My waitress quickly apologized and ordered a new one which the manager brought it out apologizing again and asking if we needed anything else. The burger was awesome. The salad bar was ok, but I missed a few items that have been replaced. Only complaint I have is with the appetizer we ordered. We tried the new philly cheese steak potstickers. Although they were really good the portion size was to small its supposed to be a shareable appetizer but only contained 5 pieces. It would have been better if it had 8 or at least 6.

Worst place I have eaten out at in awhile. My family and myself are from out of town, and decided to dine in. The DM of the store came out and met with each table, like she was suppose to. But we would over hear her talking to her servers horribly. After which I was at the garden bar and over heard somebody that worked in the back to a couple of the servers, talking about dropping chicken off the grill, and onion rings out of the bag on the floor and then still serving it, along with how they "got hit" for finding a bug in the Ice Cream!!

The experience was totally bad the food was poor the service was exceptionally bad, the costs was outrageous, and the temperature was something out of the Arctic. No one was doing their job, our waitress and the others in our area were MIA. The food was un edible it was so sweet and full of sugar, and we could not even find someone to send it back and re-order. We got up to pay our bill and leave and we actually asked them to box the items for our hogs at home and they laughed at us.

We have never been to a Ruby Tuesdays and are so glad we decided to try it! The waitress, Stephanie Reyes, was outstanding. She was friendly and gave top-notch service. The manager on duty, Tyler, was very nice and wanted to make sure everything was good. We loved it!! The food was absolutely fantastic! We are now hooked on Ruby Tuesdays! Thank you, Stephanie and Tyler for a very nice evening after we drove for 10 hours today. Youre the best!

While traveling to visit family we stopped here. Our server Ariel was excellent, providing great service. When we were making our food selection, she helped us figure out the best food options. When the food came out all of the good choices were very good, and out family left full and happy. We will definitely stop by again on our next trip.

The food amd atmosphere are great, but the slow service is always annoying enough to remind me why I wont come back for a long time. This is a consistent problem at this restaurant regardless of the staff or manager. However, they are a smoke free place - which is great. I love their baby back ribs and burgers but hate the slow service.

Absolutely horrible. Waited forever to get waited on and once order was taken it took an hour or so to get the food which was by then cold. Our kids ordered pizza and when they got it the center and sauce was cold. The place wasnt even busy but the help and servers were almost nonexistent. I do not recommend this place at all.

Got the double decker chicken, mashed potatoes and grilled cauliflower. Chicken had red in the middle, potatoes were cold, and not really sure why I had vinegarette dressing and green raisins mixed in. Kinda seemseem like a good place for snooty people with no taste for good food.

Entirely to hot offered to move us closer to the bar once they cleared the table but then sat someone else there waitress never even came and took our drink order after being there 20 minutes got up and walked out the no one even said a word....

Bourbon Pork chop was delicious. Good was great. Service POOR. Waitress forgot our drinks. She also picked up my plate before I finished my food. I had just taken a bite and she picks the plate up and says your done right and walks off!!

Outstanding. Andrew knew the menu and familiar with preparation. Food ingredients,cooking, and service great. Many steps above coltons, much cleaner, and altogether better experience at similar price point. This is a 5 coltons is a 1.

Came for the Mai Tai, enjoyed a belly full of tempura green beans and chicken and mushrooms. The kids are happy, too, and thats what really counts. Enjoyable experience!
