We were on our way to Duluth, wanted lunch and read the reviews on Google so decided to stop. I dont know who wrote the other reviews yet you can be sure they did not eat here. Our server was not friendly, maybe a bad day but dont let it show. 4 people and 2 of the orders were not delivered and when we asked, "the kitchen messed up" and sent our orders to another table. There was only one other table and they did not get our food. My wife ordered the "Jumbo" shrimp basket. If these were jumbo, Id need a magnifying glass to see the regular. I stuck with appetizers, boneless wings, cheese curd and a bowl of beer cheese soup. The wings and curd were a little greasy and the soup was nondescript. For a place that advertises Beer Cheese, this was disappointing. When our friends got their order 10 minutes after us, it was not correct but they ate it because it was there and who knows what would have happened if they asked? The decor is invisible. This is a bar with tables and a large back room with tables. The word Decor does not belong in this review. Atmosphere might be great after 10 or 15 beers but until then, it is a corner bar with a questionable kitchen.

hI had a great experience sitting at the bar with all you can eat chicken wings on Wednesdays and I got the delicious beer cheese soup which is a huge serving. The Pretender, who usually works in the day, was an excellent bartender granted I didnt get anything alcoholic to drink. She was wonderful to talk to and provided great service. I did however see a couple I saw walk in about 20 minutes before they came up to the bar asking for menus and a waitress. But I read the reviews and knew to sit at the bar which is where I sit anyways when I am by myself. Granted there is no real atmosphere comparable to more popular locations, no music playing. It was pleasant and I would definitely go back.

We had a large group and although they were able to seat us they were really slow lit took over an hour for the food, and it was only ok. They messed up orders multiple times. They also did not specify that their heat was broken. Not impressed.
