Bartenders were aweful. Unfriendly and inattentive. Ordered our drinks and waited over 5 minutes to get them. We finally got our drink only after she came back to ask what we ordered... which was 1 vodka and water. Not only were we ignored several times, we were treated poorly when ordering. For such a big establishment in a thriving area, the service is aweful and management is poor. When a fight broke out, 2 members of my party broke it up while bartenders, barbacks, and what I can only assume were managers, since they were dressed differently than everyone else, watched from behind the bar. We came to spend money and enjoy all the games they had to offer but they dont carry metal darts for their 6 dart boards which take up the far right corner of their bar and their pool sticks were flung all over the floor. If they get it together, we may consider returning.

Worst service ever. This is my first complaint. I am very easygoing and realize mistakes happen. Tonight my husband, son and I came in to eat together but my husband Never got his food and my son got someone elses food. Worst part was the attitude of our waitress who never once said she was sorry for grabbing the wrong food. We did not even complain to her and she immediately got an attitude with us. Cheap dinner though since husband never ate and no tip required. Looked around for a manager to complain to but didnt see one so this will have to suffice,. Will not be back even though we like Hot Shots.

This is the first time and last time I will ever go to this location. I am so disappointed. It was horrible and probably the worst experience I have ever had at a bar. I had heard stories about how bad it is from multiple people and thought it might just be a few bad visits but I think its just the location and staff! Its really bad when the manager on duty argues with you and says that they arent willing to lose their job over $2. Thats okay because the owners have now lost customers over $2 and I dont think Im the first and I know I wont be the last.

Food was good by service was really lacking. We went mid afternoon when barely any other customers were there. The server had me ask for different beers I might be interested in instead of just telling me what they had. Wouldnt have been so bad except they didnt have any types I liked. We also had to stop her from taking our plates before we were done.

We had a great time last night. The staff is prompt and friendly. The food was served hot and accurate. The amount of TVs were awesome! Anywhere you sit you have a great view to watch any sports program. The bathrooms were also spotless. We had a great time and will continue to hang out there with friends!

Generally Im not a huge fan of Hot Shots, as I think they often substitute attractive women for quality service, but this one has friendly servers and bartenders who are on point, and some solid tasting food (that pastrami is tasty). Always happy to pop in, have a beer or two, and a bite to eat.

Of the hotshots that I frequent, this is probably the best one. They have plenty of pool tables and dart boards. The kitchen does a good job putting out quality food on time. The only downside is they often seem understaffed on waitresses, leading to long waits for drinks.

The only non-smoking Hot Shots in STL, freaking awesome! The place is huge, has 4 actual dart boards, multiple pool tables, TVs all over the place, video games. If you dont have a good time that is your own fault, I definitely plan to go back.

It is what it is, a good sports bar with lots of TVs. The waitresses are dressed in "Hooterslike" attire, and honestly, I dont think they are doing themselves any favors by establishing this dresscode.

This is a good spot for hanging out with friends to watch the game. They have pool tables, Golden Tee, and several other games. They have a full menu and a full bar with table service.

This is an okay place to go for a hangout with some friends. Plenty of dartboards, a few pool tables, giant Jenga game. The jukebox system wasnt loud enough though.
