Let me preface this by saying, I am a coffee addict and frequent many Starbucks locations (especially since I live out of town). When I go to this particular location, it is strictly out of convenience and lack of time. But every time I have visited it has had consistently poor service and quality. I can understand that a large crowd is overwhelming, but my hometown store has similarly high volume and handles it much better than this store. So I cant accept that excuse. The majority of the employees have unpleasant attitudes in their interactions. Not outright rude, but not nice or engaging--which is a large part of the experience for me. Add in the long wait times and many errors, the final straw was today when a male barista yelled, "No, dont do that," at another male barista who was about to make a mistake with a drink. It was so loud that it got the attention of the customers, as well as the person I was talking on the phone with! Again, I recognize wanting to prevent a mistake, but the way he handled it was unprofessional in front of the entire store. I have given several chances to this store hoping for improvements because I try to be fair and I do not leave reviews like this EVER, but I cannot bring myself to go back here no matter how desperate I am for caffeine.

People have complained in these reviews about slow service. However, as a customer that goes to this location almost daily I can tell you this location also gets slammed frequently. When the drive-thru line fills up, people start parking and going inside. The staff at this location, 90% of them at least, kick butt. When they get the kind of rushes this store gets, they are only going to be able to move so quickly and they can only make so many drinks at a time. I challenge anyone of these uppity, judgmental reviewers to get behind the counter during a rush and outpace anyone of this locations seasoned employees. Unreasonably high and arbitrary standards do not warrant a bad review. Keep up the great work!

Whereas I usually enjoy Starbucks, this one will stay off of my list of ones to go to. Ive had a number of issues a few different times Ive visited, my last visit being the worst. One of the baristas behind the counter thought itd be funny to talk in a British accent and then swear then entire time when no one was at the counter loud enough that anyone in the store could hear. I went for a refill and was told that refills are the same price as a regular cup of coffee (if true, this is the only store that follows this rule). While leaving the trash in the back was blocking one of the exits. So, I wont be going back to this store anytime soon.

Two days in a row I had to wait behind a car that had been sufficiently served. The coffee was given and their change was handed back. The woman at the window decided she need to schmooze with customers. The first day I let it go, though I realized she had no desire to have a conversation with me. The next day when it happened again I realized she was interested in only speaking to men. I had to honk my horn after three minutes had passed and I gave her ample time for her to have her conversation, making sure that he wasnt waiting for anything else. She did not hand him anything afterwards, so she was schmoozing! Annoying.

I have NEVER experienced such bad service. I waited 20 minutes for my drink, and it was WRONG. They remade it. My friend and I have been coming in twice a week because we have college classes early in the morning. The guy making the orders wasnt even calling the orders out, and the staff didnt know what they were doing, or it was just a huge cluster. I have never had such a horrible experience. Which makes me super upset because I love Starbucks. Hope my next visit is better. Or else Ill be finding somewhere else to go.

Aweful servive. Today was the second time I received bad service, thats why Im posting. I visited the location at 9 am. I thought it was strange there were no cars in line. Now I know why. They argue about simple requests. My request was Vanilla Bean frap with 2 shots of espresso. I get it daily from the mexico rd @ mid rivers location and its NEVER a problem. The price is $6.53. Why argue about that? I left and went to the other location...no issues

As far as Starbucks goes this location is in the middle of the road. The place could use a better music selection or keep the volume down. Today I had a Quad Shot Cappuccino with Soy, which was good. However, I also ordered the Spinach, Feta, & Egg Wrap which was just okay. The interior seating is a bit unorganized and not very friendly for the person needing to get some work done.

Ive been going to this location for years and the service has gone down hill drastically not sure if its under new management or not. In the last two weeks Ive received the wrong drinks on two occasions while the service is less than ideal. Ill settle for a McDonalds coffee rather than deal with the inconsistency in service and quality.

This is the best location in St Charles county. I have had other locations mess up orders while driving around. Stopped in and asked if they would be willing to fix and they have. May not for everyone (Id like to think Im a regular), but this keeps me coming back, for sure!

Slow service and poor quality. I live less than a mile from this location and will go out of my way to visit a different one. There is ALWAYS a long line that moves slowly. I dont experience this at any other location around here.

2nd time I got a coffee-based drink at this store (both times were very busy) and got none or very, very little coffee in the drink. No chance Ill go back to have them add the double shot, because its crazy buzy

This is probably the slowest Starbucks in the St. Charles area. Service is friendly...it just takes forever to get served.
