I used to love going here. Food is great and price is good. The service was terrible. The hostess was rude when we asked for a booth (the place was virtually empty so I dont understand why she cared where the 5 of us sat). Dinner came out fine. Then we sat there with our 1 year old stacking dishes face high off to one side so the baby wouldnt get into everything. No one came to clear the dishes until we finally flagged someone down. Then the girl put half our dirty dishes on the table next to us and NEVER came back to clear them away. She walked away without taking our pie orders (3 of our meals came with pie). Then we had to wave the waitress down again to take our order. Then the pies came out but one of the pieces was wrong so she said she would be right back with the correct piece. She never came back. My husband then got up and found her to get the pie. All this time our 1 year old is starting to have a fit (he is a VERY patient one year old). My mother in law asks to speak to the manager about our poor service. Out comes the hostess (pretty sure there was no manager there at all) acting as a "manager". She listens to us... then walks away ..goes into the kitchen comes back out and DOES NOTHING! She went back to seating people. We were presented with our check and not a word was said about it. There is no excuse for dismissing and ignoring us on at least 4 occasions when the restaurant was virtually empty. Its a shame. My husband no longer wants to go back there. I unfortunately love the food but am not sure I can handle another episode of service like that.

Terrible, slow service, cold food and excuses, thats what we got! The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 0-1 is because they had another staff member come up and wipe out our bill and take care of everything we needed for the remainder of the visit. This was after the first server and a worthless male manager with a ponytail who made tons of excuses and lied and argued with my lunch date. I was blown away, the server never came back after taking our initial order and we heard our food crash to the floor and after 50 Minutes +++ of waiting the food we did get was luke warm to cool at best! Just poor, slow, and agonizing service. wont be back!

Went there with my lady for lunch. Maybe our server was haveing an off day because she made some mistakes. Forgot to put our order in and then put in the wrong order for our main dish. However , she was friendly, never got fustrated or rude and owned up. The manager was nice also and immedetly said that the wrong entre was free. All the food was delicious even the wrong order. We had racked up a larger order by the end with drinks,apps and desert probably around $45 total. They took care of the whole bill and I totally didnt expect that. Would deffinetly go back because of the good service and great menu.

Wonderful pies. Really get to know people well who come in a few times. They do pie rush wednesdays where you can get a free slice of pie with every entree. Great soup too. I love their dinners. Their menu is HUGE and they have over 40 different types of pie. Wonderful waiters and waitresses along with management that are great at addressing customer needs. Great value too! The menu items are VERY reasonably priced, much better than perkins or applebees. Very family-friendly.

Ordered a 4 square breakfast, only got 2 of the items. Didnt realize until I got home that they also put mushrooms on my burger when I specifically said "no mushrooms." Their assistant manager Misty was one of the most rude people Ive ever met when we came back in explaining what was wrong with our order. 0/10, do not eat here.

Used to go regularly. Last 2 times we went there we left after too long a wait for a table when there were tables available. All the people who were waiting left. Three times ago the service was slow and the food was over cooked. Obviously there is a mgmt problem. If it doesnt improve, we wont be back.

Best part about Baker Square is the peanut butter cup pie! Have always been seated promptly, and greeted with a smile. Prices are fair and competitive. My favorite part by FAR is the PIE drive thru!

My husband and I always grab two slices of pie to share on date night, a fun tradition I hope we keep.:) The staff is always friendly, quick service, and the pies are fantastic!
