Been years sense I have tried there chicken and wanted to give it a chance. First thing was the prices. Seems extremely expensive. 2nd was the wait in line. Not sure but I think they only have one register? I wanted reg. chicken. I got the 12 pc deal I think, and paid for two small sides. The red beans and rice was good to very good. The Cole slaw looked great but there was no sauce, just the plain cabbage! The chicken ended up being small ( I got the thighs because there are the biggest usually!) and with the large amount of batter there was nothing left to eat. The batter was bland and extremely hard, that actually hurt my teeth! Beautiful place, good location. Just disappointing. CH

No friendly people at all. Came to eat while waiting for my car to get a oil change. The lady behind the counter who took my order spoke three times to me asked if I wanted tenders or on the bone( because Im 9 yr old order before me and just asked for a 3 piece) when I said tenders she asked spicy or mild and when she called my number ask if I wanted Jelly,butter, honey, and that was it. Not even a Hi Or welcome to Popeyes. Frist and last time I will come to a Popeyes.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! I went there thinking i would be treated as any regular person.... I WAS WRONG.... and the lady who took my order didnt explain anything i asked. So i ended up with four extremely tiny wings and four biscuits and it cost me more for those wings then i thought it would. They need to treat ALL customers the same.

I wasnt impressed,,,Chick fi lay is better,and Chesters chicken is fantastic,,The chicken we got here was dry,and cold..and they werent very busy,to drop the service...Im very fussy and spending my money on bad food,and bad service..I really was excited to try it,but the excitement died with cold dry chicken..

The chicken was good, not spicy like I was expecting and hoping but still good. Tony messed up my husbands order which resulted in us getting 3 pieces of chicken for free. Very clean place and nice atmosphere. The manager was great in resolving our mix up!

I wish there were no stars. I hate to pan a place because I love food! But I was expecting something different w all the fluffy commercials. I wont hit that shop again.. I read some reviews, laughing. Im not sure if we ate at the same location?

terrible!!! very expensive, long wait in drive thru and dry chicken, everyone i know has had terrible experiences here but i thought id give it a chance anyways, i was wrong...this place should be out of business very soon

I was very disappointed in my 1st visit here! $35 for a family pack of chicken, 2 sides, and biscuits! I thought the food would taste better for that price, but I was wrong. I would not recommend Popeyes to anyone.

Cant order anything without Cajun seasoning. The entire menu is Cajun. No point in going here if you try to avoid artificial seasonings. Not sure why their menu doesnt have other options. Pass.

Yes this is excellent. Much better quality and flavor than KFC. KFC had them beat on the $5 deal but Popeyes has delicious food.
