When you walk in you are screamed at by a very loud and rude fecalfeliac. He screams "CAN I HELP THE NEXT CUSTOMER" in your face when you are already at the counter standing right in front of him, and yes, he touches your food EVERY TIME he hands you your tray with his filthy disgusting fingers. 1 out of 4 chicken fingers has a horrible rotten meat taste, like they give you one old expired one so they dont need to throw it away. Only about 50% of your order is cooked fresh. It is common to get two soggy cold fingers right next to two fresh cooked ones in the same order. After they were open for a few months their chicken fingers shrank down to 1/3 of the original size and the price just went up AGAIN. Seriously, you will be able to finish most of these tenders in two bites and some will be gone in one bite. Good thing there is a Popeyes AND a Chick-fil-a opening within a few blocks. This filthy restaurant needs to be put out of business ASAP.

The drive through itself is a fun time! The music plays catchy songs that are fun and cute. When you pull up to the window, the ladies or gentlemen working there are so bubbly and kind, like they enjoy every single second of Canes. It makes me happier and wanna chat with them! The only slight complaint I have with this fast food chain, is that when you receive your food, it is HOT. Like, do not eat it, it will burn you. But good food can come with that price, and it just ensures me that its cooked properly and is fresh. Who else hates getting their McDonalds french fries cold? Canes is a delicious chicken restaurant that I have been to three times since it opened because my family loves it so much. Thanks for the wonderful times, Canes.

I normally love Canes chicken and, as usual, it was hot and tasty; however, my entire experience was ruined by their failure to protect customers. As we entered, a freezing rain had started to fall, so we asked twice that they add salt to the walk. Leaving 30 minutes later, we checked to see if complete and were assured that it was done. The walk had no extra salt and they place the "drive-through wait line" right in front of the door, so you had to walk further down the icey walk to get picked up at the door....very poor management!

Raising canes in ellisville is okay...I mean the chicken strips are small and when you replace extra fries with coleslaw its like you are getting the same amount if you were to order coleslaw. Raising Canes on St Charles Rock Road is amazing !! Their chicken strips are wayyy better and bigger and when you ask for extra fries instead of coleslaw you get a very big amount I love them ! Maybe If ellisville put more fries and bigger chicken strips I will go to there store more.

I dont like fast food places at all nor do i eat their French fries but I LOVE RAISING CANES food -all of it. My coworker and I eat there once a week. The chicken is tastes fresh and I love their fries and of course sweet tea!! All the other fast food places make me physically sick but I never feel that way after I eat there. You gotta try it.

This Canes is easy to get to and always super clean. The staff is friendly and efficient. Now the food. I really enjoy the chicken. The crinkle fries are fine. The Cole slaw is boring. The Texas toast is good but it is bread people. I can get that at home. My advice, just by chicken fingers. Yummy.

Great food and great service in Far West St.Louis County. Its also a great place to take the kids. They have an outside bar and dining area that is very nice in the summertime. I I returned to St.Louis from my new home in Franklin Tennessee and had to make a stop at Big Chief.

Friendly FAST food. Luv going to Canes in Texas. Not so much in Ellisville Mo. Two minutes after giving my order I get the lukewarm chicken. Not once but twice!! Fresh cooked , I dont think so.
