Never fails: Great every time. My experience has been completely opposite that of the guy whos had problems with this location. I actually live right next door to the Starbucks at Olive & 170, but theyre always grouchy and cold to customers when I go in there, so I come to this one on my way to work and am always pleased. These people make me killer beverages, AND they make me feel good. It still may be insanely overpriced, but the customer service provides a little lube for my self-indulgent drink price. Thanks!

This location is convenient, it is a shame they cant get their drive-thru process straightened out. The wait time is often long, usually 3+ minutes from entering to exiting, occassionally, my wait time has been 9-10 minutes! On numerous occasions, they get the orders mixed up and you have to sit and wait for them to figure it out. Do yourself a favor, skip this location and go to another one...suggestion try the one on Graham Road...MUCH BETTER!

Very bad services. They didnt say thank you after I ordered. Rushing through when there was no other customers at the time. I was waiting for like 10 mins and nobody brought me my drink when it was just sitting there at the back.

Excellent service and location. However, it can be a little tough to get to. Baristas are nice and friendly. Service is prompt. Great place to go for a cuppa coffee and to do a little work or just relax. Not very crowded.

Out of every kind of bagel... If youre out of one kind of bagel, ok, ill get my second favorite, but out of every kind... Who places the orders for that stuff? The Frap was good though, so 2 stars it is.

The workers are very nice and efficient. Gave four stars because the store is a little cramped in as compared to my regular Starbucks. They stay open til ten. Big plus though.
