I have been going to this location since it opened and have ordered the same pizza each time. I ordered the veggie pizza but asked to hold the olives and substitute pineapple and they have always been very accommodating til Sunday at 4pm when I wanted to order that same pizza and one more and was told that they cant do it and then told me that they never have done it. I was the only customer in the place and they flat out said no. I guess they like turning customers away. I like the pizzas but I will not be going back to this location. Their attitude towards me was like they could care less if they had any business or not Good luck to the owner with employees like that.

Dropped my wallet in store didnt even realize it. Retasha brought it to my house personally an hour or so later all my money was in it all credit cards. I still didnt realize I dropped my wallet till someone from little ceasers was at my door with it. I went in this evening to get Pizza for the kids and told the store manager they had a great employee and the manager said that Retasha was district manager. I wish more people were this honest and trustworthy.

Originally told 15 min for 1 pizza...30 min later told it would be out within 1 min.. I advised employee that I needed to go to work and then he changed it that it should be out within. 5 min. There was only 3 orders taken during the time and there was employees standing around in back talking...

I have a horrible time every time I go in to this place I have never been into a place were the manger dose not know what customer service means as well ass how the hell u sailing hot and readys and im waiting 20 mins for a hot and ready smh the need new people
