Come in about 9pm on a Saturday, grab a quick togo pie after a movie. First time at a Pieology, but immediately taken through the process by the pie maker. However, he seems kind of pushy, just trying to get me through the process (they are open until 1030pm, mind you). I said i wanted a half and half pizza, but he immediately just starts throwing all my toppings on both sides. Ehh, not going to start over. So i wait at a table, watching the baker throw pies in and take em out. I see the person in front of mes pies coming out. Then I see the baker make the "Uht Oh" face. And I see my pizza go straight into the trash. Few moments later (seemed like minutes, was probably much less) the poor cashier girl comes over to say my pizza has to be remade. Mistakes happen, its fine. I get it. No real apology for the time its taking to get my "quick pizza" but Im just ready to get this moving. So she asks what was on my pizza, which is weird because I already told them that at the beginning. But now is my chance to get the pizza I wanted. I say half and half, what toppings. Now here is where it gets weird. Instead of making my pizza right away, being that I paid, had my pizza trashed, and was waiting a while, I had to wait until 3 more sets of customers has their pizzas ordered and made and then mine was made. Now, the coup de grace. Everyone else is shown their to go pizza before they leave (I had a lot of time to watch this process) but the poor cashier girl didnt show me mine. I didnt ask either, because I just wanted to get home. I get home, and guess what? My pizza was baked with the wrong half and half combination, despite the fact that I saw the poor cashier girl write it down correctly. I am really not excited about my first experience with the franchise. It will be a long time, if ever, before I go back.

We went here for the first time on a Wednesday night. It was crazy busy!!! So be prepared for a very fast paced and busy atmosphere. The menu is when you first walk in so make sure you know what you want before you order otherwise youll hold up the line lol. The pizza was pretty good but its not like your normal pizza. Loved that you get unlimited toppings! Staff was friendly and we received prompt service. Oh and if you use a Groupon, alcohol is not included.

The amount of options is daunting but out came out delicious! I got original crust with olive oil and pesto sauce instead of the usual red, then added mozzarella, feta, spinach, mushrooms, tomatoes, red onions, kalamata olives, Italian sausage, and fresh basil. I absolutely loved it! The crust was crunchy, thin but not stupid thin, and the proportion was just right for me and my boyfriend to share. Its 11.5 inches in diameter I think.

They changed their salads for the worst. Now they are a tiny hand full of greens with some bits of pasta and tomato and have the brass balls to call it an "entree" salad. Then they up charge you $2 for the luxury if toppings. Pizzas are still ok but this was place for lunch salads but not any more I guess. I can go any place else and getting something twice as big and twice as good.

I used to love this place. The pizza was terrific. They didnt skimp on the toppings. Today they did not put sauce or toppings to the edge of the pizza. You used to be able to choose your own salad toppings and they gave a generous amount. Now they have four salads to choose from that are already premade.

They have good pizza. Think of it like a subway sandwich store but with pizza. You pick your own sauce & toppings. The staff was pretty awesome really. Their toppings were fresh & there was alot to choose from. The pizzas are 11 thin crust. Worth the time for me to wright a review. Really good pizza.

Pretty good a la carte topping pizza place. The Subway of pizzerias. An obvious competitor to Mod Pizza. I thought the crust was flavorful and cooked very well. The toppings were fresh except for the proteins (chicken in our case). Worth a return trip at least to try the Margherita.

Quick and convenient and very tasty. Love that you can make your own pie for a flat price pretty much regardless of what you put on it. I got the small pizza and salad combo and couldnt finish the salad I was so full. You bet I ate that whole BBQ chicken pizza though. Well be back!

The pizza was great. It was neat being able to order my pizza like I was at a chipotle. They made it exactly how I asked. It was fast, there was a novelty to the restaurant, and the food was good. It was a lot cheaper than I expected too. Definitely going to go back again =)

My wife and I ate there for the first time tonight. We shared a pizza and it was excellent! Thin crust so it is ready in just a few minutes. Unlimited toppings! We will definitely go back! I just wish they had Pepsi instead of Coke products.

I LOVE Pieology! Same great, make-your-own pizza as other chains like it, but they are willing to do whatever you want including two sauces on the same pizza! Their Alfredo sauce is one of the best! Love going here and plan on continuing!

Incredible pizza at decent prices. Lots of choices and the staff is extremely nice and accomidating. The place is very popular so expect a busy crowd of hungry pizza eaters! Salads are also incredible. Truly a Win win for everyone.

The staff were friendly and helpful for us since we had never visited before. The food was great with plenty of options including gluten free for those with food sensitivities. Our order came quickly and accurately as well!

The food is great. My only complaint is that the place promotes create your own yet the employees either try to tell you what to get on your pizza or they rush you along so that you order end up ordering something basic

Our first visit. The Subway of Pizzarias. What a fantastic idea. We will be back. Thats for sure. Very cordial staff and had patience for a couple of first-timers. And the pizza - FANTASTIC.

I was thrilled when I discovered they had gluten-free crusts available. Add the wide variety of toppings and made-to-order salads, and they have a real winner. I would definitely recommend.

To some extent, i think places like this where you choose everything (Mod Pizza, etc) are a bit overrated. This place has more choices than mod so i give it the mod... oops, nod.

AMAZING pizza for an awesome price. AND the only place to get a cheap gluten free pizza. You can put literally EVERYTHING on your pizza and theres no extra charge.

Ordering system is really slow (they write down your pizza number and keep track on a big clipboard). Not the most effective when it is very busy. Pizza was just ok.

Ordered (and split with a friend) an Alfredos Alfredo and a custom pie with red sauce, gorgonzola, onion, red pepper and Canadian bacon. Both were very good.
