This is one of the worst waffle houses Ive gone to! The service was not good at all. All of the employees were fighting right in front of everyone. The food was the worst. We all ordered the all star breakfast. And everything but the waffle was cold. The grits were so cold & dry. When we told them the grits were cold. The lady said we dont have a microwave. Theres nothing I can do. When I had my order taken I waited 20 minutes and still she had not put my order in. So I walked out. They need to work on their timing & mannars. You shouldnt be walking around fighting with your coworkers. And you should serve hot fresh food, the way the customer asks for it.

This is the worst Waffle House here in Jackson!!! Their customer service is so poor!!! My son & I walked into this location this morning..No one greeted us, no one asked how we was doing, nothing..So we found a table and sat down anyway..We sat there for 12 minutes!!! Yes, 12 minutes!!! No one came to our table to speak, introduce theirself, ask what were drinking, bring out silverware, NOTHING!!! We were just sitting there..We politely walked out and went to another Waffle House in Ridgeland..We were treated so much different there..Please do not go to this location on Hwy 18 in Jackson!!! You be dissatisfied.

THIS PARTICULAR WAFFLE HOUSE HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! THE FOOD IS GREAT, BUT EACH TIME I ATTEMPT TO PLACE A CALL-IN ORDER THEY ALWAYS TELL ME THAT I HAVE TO COME INSIDE AND PLACE AN ORDER. I UNDERSTAND COMING IN IF THEY ARE EXTREMELY BUSY. ONCE THE WORKERS IN THE BACKGROUND WERE LAUGHING AND JOKING AROUND AND I STILL WAS NOT ALLOWED TO PLACE MY ORDER.

The service was terrible, servers were standing around talking while all the tables were dirty.when I placed my order the cook was taking the trash out, then I had to remind him to wash his hands before making my food.then they were out of to go plates,and lettuce for my burger, no to mention the sandwich was just thrown together an wrong. I just walked out!

Waitress was professional and concerned. I ordered a waffle which was good as usual. I got tomatoes slices, one slice tasted spoiled. My waitress offered to replace it. I did not mention the dry steak. I believe it would have been comped or another cooked right. I will go back. Next time I will give them the opportunity to get it right.

The staff is rude so I have even tried to call the order in to pick up my meal. The first call was answered and I was asked to hold and no one came back to the phone! The second call was answered then they simply hung up. Finally on call three they neglected to pick it up entirely.

Service was Bs...watched servers on their cell phones ,other servers walked right past me I stood at the counter 15 min eventually I just left as I was pulling off I saw the same server instantly taking a patron that walked in as I walked out order ...horrible servics!!!

My silverware was dirty my table was sticky and it took a while to get my whole meal. I got my eggs hash browns and it took a while to get my bacon and waffle. I wont be going back to the waffle house here any time soon.

Ms. Barbara has the best service available at any Waffle House I have ever visited. I worked at this facility when I was in college and it has changed a lot, but the food is still great.
