In addition to vegan, standard food is gluten free and non-GMO. There are gluten deserts optional. There is also a gluten free desert (power balls). They will bring a honey jar to sweeten the tea if you ask for it. It does a great job with the hot tea, dissolving quickly. The samosas are gluten free pocket meals. A couple of those make a good "to go" food. In fact, the whole menu can be "to go". Much of the fresh food is locally grown on their organic farm.

Nicest owner you will ever meet. Takes great care in preparation and care of her customers. Great food, great cost. Not many options out here for vegans, but it is above par with the restaurants I have eaten at in Sacramento. The extras (samosas and cakes) are well worth the add to the standard menu. I always get a bag full to go!

Not a typical dining experience. Easy, laid back atmosphere. Delicious food with fresh local ingredients. Menu changes daily, and takes stress out of ordering. Vegetarian and vegan-friendly. Generous portions at a great price. The owner is an awesome lady who always has a friendly word to say. Must try at least once!

I love to have this place nearby. Great vegan and vegetarian food, they also have gluten-free options. They have lunches and also samosas and cakes. Everything is tasty and healthy and cooked in vedic tradition.
