I have been here three times before writing a review. Just to see if maybe it was the experience of an individual day, server, menu item. However this is the conclusion I have come to. Like I said I have been here 3 times, 2 times I ordered a sandwich, and 1 time I ordered a bowl. However every time I come here they are really stingy on the toppings. I dont mean... I just want tons of toppings. I just mean if you ask for the onions for instance, they take their tongues and grab with the very tip of the corner, and give you two small pieces of onion. Same with the pickles... I have seen them grab like 3-4 pickles before, drop them, start over to make sure you only get like 1-2 pickles. If you havent been here before, their pickles are cut pretty small. So there is pretty much like no pickle in the dish. This didnt happen on one occasion it happened on all three occasions, for me and the people I was with. As far as the meat goes - the meat is average on best, most of the times is really salty and you cant really even tell that youre eating steak or chicken at this point. Lastly is how they treat you with the fries. If you go in at a time that isnt lunch rush. They typically keep one thing of fries sitting under the heat lamp. Who knows how long it has been there, but theyre soft and soggy... vs if you got them crispy and fresh. So probably have been there a while. I went in there one night, and ordered two fries, and rather then cook up two fresh orders(since I had to wait anyways) they gave me one order of soggy fries, and one order of fresh fries. Cooking up two fresh fries wouldnt have taken any longer so it wasnt in the interest of getting me my food faster. Since I still had to wait. In conclusion if you want a kabob sandwich I would take your business to central ave. Holy land or Filfillah seem like better candidates. Theyre also cheaper and definitely not giving you a half filled pita or bowl, with 2 onions and a small slice of pickles.

Food in my opinion for the price is a excellent, super tasty. I docked a star for service because it’s so inconsistent. If you order online the ticket is generally still sitting on the printer when I arrive to pick it up. The people, especially the girl tonight, don’t seem personable at all. She didn’t ask me if I wanted a side or anything to drink. Grabbed myself a glass for water. Barely filled up the very small container of garlic on the side had to ask her to fill it then asked for another and she didn’t fill that. No eye contact, maybe a faint thank you. Had to come back for two more and still barely filled them using a larger plastic container as a spoon which I think is a health violation... Then other visits the guys here have been awesome. Again hit or miss on the service. Just smile and say thanks and most people will be happy, it’s that easy.

Its great to have a different flavor in the area. This is a build-your-own kind of place where you pick your meat (or delicious falafel) and toppings. You can get a stuffed pita or a bowl that comes with a pita on the side. Ive been to Isreal and had falafel filled pitas from street vendors. I dont expect this to be quite on that level, but its still really good! Check out their menu on their website to get a better idea of all the toppings. They have some really good sauces. The green jalapeno one is my favorite.

Pat is a new manager at Naf Naf and we were lucky enough to have him working there on our first excursion here. He was super patient and informative. He let us try the sauces before committing and was extremely helpful in navigating the somewhat foreign menu. Not only will we be coming back for the delicious, out of the ordinary food, but well also be coming back to see Pat, who made us feel welcome and happy to be there.

Not even one star. Small menu with overpriced fast food. The food quality is poor. Meat is cold. Stingy on the toppings. This is coming from employee experience as well. Horrible management, Raw food served, and excessive waste of food and materials! If you eat here you are supporting and encouraging the bad treatment of not only their employees but their customers as well.

I would recommend their falafel, it tastes good. Their pita is absolutely delicious, and its what makes their sandwiches taste good. The staff could be more educated on knowing the ingredients and what theyre serving their customers (one didnt know what tahini was, or how to even pronounce it when another customer asked about it).

Love the freshness of the food here! My go-to is a salad bowl with falafel and every single veggie topping. The garlic sauce is a perfect accompaniment, but if you like spice, try the harissa or the green sauce (not sure what its called) - they pack a punch! I feel a lot better about my lunch choice when I eat here.

No military discount. Nice food. Clean place. Restrooms okay. Sextion open up in September 2016 but not many people drive to this side of the City Place plaza center. Would be better if thwy served the honey tea. I forget the name from middleeast area. Needs some wall art on thise white walls

The food is served Subway style wth all of the ingredients already cut and sitting. I got a chicken shawarma with zucchini veggies and hot red sauce on a pita. It was alright. The meat was cold, and I may have liked it better with hot meat straight off the skewers. For nearly $8, I wont be returning.

This was my first time, as was the case for most of us in line. The staff were not helpful in explaining the options, and there were no pictures on the menu of what you get. This is a new chain to the are...the management should focus on getting new customers up to speed and training staff better.

Considering this is such a big chain, options should be uniform with other states. I used to eat in Illinois and there veggie feast has 2 pitas, here they give only 1... there we dont need to ask for side garlic dippings, here we have to beg for it. Quality of food is good.

First time going I ordered a hummus bowl. The toppings are fun and fresh. I asked for a little bit of each as I wanted to try them all. The cucumber salad was my favorite. The chips were interesting too. The portions are smaller than a Chipotle bowl so no left overs.

This was very delicious and satisfying. The falafel is made fresh and the green salsa is awesome. I recommend the bowel and the pita on the side. Simply cause the pita doesnt hold everything without breaking... However, this may be due to the double meat...
