I live near this location, so it was very convenient to always go here whenever I needed a drink. Unfortunately, I hate this location. Its dark, its in the corner, and, worst of all, the employees are terrible. They make no effort to remember you or your usual order, and have no personalities at all. I hate this type of service. Ive also had a drink mess up at least 5 times here, and when I present it to them they make no effort to make a new one. Today was my last day of going to this location, ever. I highly encourage you to visit the Caribou Coffee in Lunds. Although its further from where I live, Im now going to drive the extra way because the people there DO know my order and my name and talk to me, even though I rarely go there. I guess youll have to test it for yourself, but in my opinion its the worst Caribou Ive ever beent to.

Cozy coffee place right across from the lake. I was absolutely beat when I stumbled into the chair beside the big fireplace. Sitting there in deep thought, one of the baristas came over with a cup of ice water and says, here, this may help. Very friendly! Stop by and say hi to these guys. Excellent assortment of coffees, teas and food. Check it out!

I like the staff, the coffee is very fresh and tasty (I like Caribou). This location has more seating than normal, but is also very busy and can get a little loud at times. In addition, the shop can get a little cold from people coming in and out constantly during the winter. Nevertheless, a good experience!
