I give this location 5 stars because of there customer service!! I had pre-ordered a drink using my Starbucks app and it got sent to the wrong location which was this store. When I called them and told them about what had happened the were very understanding and just told me that they would write my name down and I could pick it up the next day since I had purchased the drink a second time at the location I was already at. When I picked my drink up today they were so enthusiastic about making my drink. One of the baristas even offered to mix up a special drink for me to try. Not knowing I was having a bad day she was the one who made my day. GO STARBUCKS!!!!

I was converted from Caribou because of this Starbucks customer service! They were so friendly! I didnt like Starbucks at first but sometimes had to get it when I was in a bind. They would genuinely strike up a conversation while waiting for my coffee. People are very receptive as well. Depending on the vibe you put off is the same vibe youll receive. If youre rushed the barista will feel rushed. I dont normally do these reviews, I saw a whole bunch of negatives on this location and thought I throw a positive. Lance and Alex, you guys are awesome. Thanks for being amazing at what you do!

This isnt my usually location and maybe it was a fluke but stopped in yesterday morning to get some brewed coffee for my husband and I, it was terrible. I drink Starbucks brewed coffee almost everyday so this isnt just me not liking the coffee. It was horrible, tasted like it sat all night and then got reheated, gas station coffee tastes better. Also we used our thermoses and the barista only filled my husbands 3/4 full and when he asked her to fill it completely she topped it off with a different roast. It was just a bad experience overall.

Its so nice knowing that i can walk into this starbucks, get treated wonderfully, and be greeted by such great staff. Its not easy to find great customer service anymore, let alone get the feeling that they are happy to make your coffee. Lance is a one of a kind employee and he never ceases to amaze me with how far he goes to make your experience great. The one place i can stop into after a long day of running errands and see all smiles is this starbucks!

Worst service ever. Often they lack quality and quantity in my coffee during rush hour. On one occasion, they served my latte cold because they forgot to serve it after preparing it. On the other hand, the Starbucks on Wedgewood Ln N is the best Starbucks in terms of customer service.

Great Starbucks. Staff is fast, drinks always taste the same, clean store. If you are in this area and want coffee choose this place over the caribou thats nearby. You will have your drink much faster.

Horrible service! Not pleased with the manager girl with color in her hair had a horrible attitude towards every costumer and was slamming drinks on the counter. Not pleases at all.

This location does not know how to take an order in the drive thru and make your drink correctly. They get it correct only about 20% of the time. Ridiculous.
