I went here on a recommendation from hotel staff. Walking in, the place was a complete mess. It was half empty, but tons of unbussed tables, they asked the party of 4 in front of me, how many and then went and bussed at table. Same thing with me, as if I was bothering the host for visiting. I was seated and nice waitress asked if I would like a drink or perhaps an appetizer. I asked about the pizza/salad bar that I happened overhear. She said, oh yeah and she is never sure if the hosts mention that. I chose the Broadway Poutine and the all you can eat pizza, pasta, sandwich, salad bar. The poutine I ordered without the tomatoes. It was hot, it was good. The jalapeño bacon does have a nice kick. But there wasnt much gravy. The "food bar" on the other hand... the salad mixture was in good shape, but pieces were very large. Not many toppings were available. The pizza, well there was two at first, and kinda weird combinations. I picked up a slice of onion, chicken, tomato, with what I assume was a Alfredo sauce. Lots of onions! Having worked in a handmade pizza parlor in my past, it was easy to notice the use of old dried out dough before it was even baked. I also picked up a slice of a cold cut sandwich, and it was typical. They brought out a couple more pizzas, and it tried a slice of cheese and a overcooked sausage thin crust. At least they were hot! I grabbed some sugar coated "breadsticks" made from some old dried out dough, but they werent cooked all the way, and were still doughy in the middle. I finished my salad and the poutine, but dont think I would ever get the pizza here again.

Food was good but overpriced. When we first got there we were ignored by several hostesses. When we did finally get seated the waitress asked if she could take our beverage orders. I said yes and wed like to order our pizzas as well. When I asked for a alcoholic beverage and showed her my passport she wouldnt accept it so I talked to the manager who also refused to serve me a alcoholic beverage stating that a passport is not a valid form of ID. The waitress took off never offering me a chance to order a different beverage. We waited another 15mins before she asked me if Id like to order something different to drink. She left again so quick I STILL didnt get to order my food. I was with my five children and we were getting pretty hungry. FINALLY another 15mins goes by and she comes back with my soda and takes our order.. Also my children were given kid menus and NO crayons! I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN!!! The food maybe good but its not worth the price nor the crappy service.

As a previous pizza delivery driver, how could you not find a location one mile from your business? All you had to do was follow the one simple instruction to call me before you left. The delivery driver was rude upon arriving, yelling at me because he didnt know about this delivery location. Threatening to beat me up, He literally told me he was going to clock out and come back to do it! The pizza was doused in pepper. The fettuccine alfredo was not edible, and went directly into the garbage. The pasta had bacon all through it, which was not ordered, and tasted like green peppers. It was terrible! If making a choice for your familys meal, I suggest that you go elsewhere.

I think there needs to be a zero star option. Restaurant not busy at all. Ordered cheesy bread appetizer, waited a long time only to have to walk to the bar where our waitress was chatting with people to ask why its taking so long, finally got it and it was ice cold. She blamed the cooks. Said shed take care of it and send us home with a fresh batch but when we got our bill, she charged us for 2 orders. It takes a LOT for me to write a bad review, but this experience warranted it. Weve had sub par service here before but its been during dinner rush and just passed it off as that. After our experience tonight, we will not be going back.

This location has always been extremely slow with their serving times and I understand I work in food service myself but tonight we waiting over 40 minutes for our food and we had got none just my salad and the cheesy bread. It was not busy at all maybe half the restaurant was full and the best part was our server was the damn supervisor. I will not be coming back to this location food is amazing but not worth an hour wait. If I could give this location 0 stars I would. This was just so horrible. My worst restaurant experience ever.

Our waiter was Brendan. We walked in and were seated. He gave us about 30 seconds and asked "Are you guys ready to order?" I replied with no we need some time. He came back about 5-8 minutes later and asked if we had any questions. One person I was with asked how the calzones were. The waiter wearing a name tag saying Brandon replied with " I dont know I dont eat here." He was ride the entire night never asked how the food was, never checked in with us, never even cracked a half smile. He should not have a job here.

I come from a customer service background, and Ill be honest, it was a very uncomfortable evening. We walked in and never got greeted, so we walked to the bar to sit down. The place was jam packed and they were extremely short staffed. All the workers were overwhelmed to the max, to say the least. Props to the bar tender, for handling what she could (thats the only reason for my 3 stars). Not sure if I could go back there again at this point, as my only two experiences with ths restaurant was less than stellar.

My wife thought she would stop by and order a pizza, so we wouldnt have to make anything for dinner. She got the pizza came home and there was an ingredient I didnt order that was on the pizza. Now I am at home with a pizza I paid for that I refuse to eat because I do not like chunks of tomatoes. I could have gotten a pizza somewhere else that was edible for a 1/3 of the cost. I still have to make dinner because they couldnt make a simple pizza right.

The beer was warm, and our order was wrong, and the service wasnt great but the food we got (pizza) was good. Tried this restaurant a second time...same result. Pizza was good, restaurant was ridiculously hot (need to fix their AC), beer was warm, one order was messed up, but the pizza we got was good. Wait staff had an attitude too. My recommendation, if you want to eat here, order delivery or take out and hope it comes out right.

We have been going to this place since it opened and after our last 3 expierence wont be back. Weve had our orders not placed and twice theyve forgotten our appetizers. Not once has the "manager" apologized. In fact the last time we had to ask about our app, we told the waitress to forget it because no kidding the pizza was coming out the door behind her. They werent even half full and plenty of servers.
