Came here for brunch with a friend. Upon entering there was no greeting (even though we made eye contact with the front employee). We were a bit confused. Not sure if we should sit and wait for a server.. or go on up and order. After some awkwardness we went up to the counter and ordered the fried chicken and waffle. It took a while to come out but we didnt mind waiting. The first cut into the chicken was still bloody. We politely called over the front counter employee. No apologies, he simply told us it happened sometimes. He handed it to the cooks. They threw the chicken back into the deep fryer and back on to the bloody waffle! Voila. Wont be returning here. Horrible service and food.

I actually love this place. My only complaint is the size of the dining area. When they are busy, they are BUSY! I will say this whole heartedly, the food is well worth the wait. Amazing food, great selection. Staff has always been nice, friendly and helpful. I try to get in here once a week, and am always sending my friends over to try it.

Stopped by while my husband was getting a haircut at Great Clips. I got the iced Vanilla Cold Press upon recommendation from the other reviews, and I have to echo them: It is AMAZING! Not too sweet, not too strong, the coffee is smooth, and it doesnt have that artificial taste that so many flavor syrups leave. Ill be back for the beignets soon!

First time I went here it was a few months ago. The food was great and the service was too. I went back for a second time this moring and had the opposite experience. The food wasnt very flavorful and my side of bacon came 15 minutes after I had gotten my plate. my favorite thing about this place is the self serve coffee.

While this place definitely deserves a better, larger dining area, the food and service is my focus. Food- A+ (delicious, inventive, from scratch menu, that is still affordable) Service- A (Always friendly, but not a full service restaurant) I recommend that you not miss this hidden gem!

Great food, extremely reasonable prices, friendly staff! Love this place. Their menu of specialty coffee shop drinks is small but excellent - the Vietnamese coffee and the chai are my favorites! The food is SO good - personal favorites are the porchetta cubano and the Seoul reuben.

Breakfest? The best unknown secret. In fact, I shouldnt even be reviewing this place because the line will be longer. Love the breakfast and the staff. Breakfast is my favorite food and this is one of my favorite places. Go there and be happy, but wait for me to get there first.

The food is great! However, Will has to be careful of the tone he uses with his employees. Ive witnessed him be very disrespectful to one of the employees and thats not acceptable. Its bad enough in customer service you have to deal with crap from some of the customers.

This place is amazing. Large menu. Simple items like eggs and toast to vegetarian eggs Benedict. Lots of interesting teas and specialty drinks. And also really quick service. Dont get thrown off by ordering at the counter. This food is quality. Happy breakfast!

The food is amazing!! The only reason I gave it 4 stars was because of the lack of space and the construction workers working inside the "mall". It looked like there were quite a few people that got take out, that might be my go to brunch on the weekends!
