When we first walked in, there was a server (Azra) outside smoking.... I asked her how her night was going and her response was "I cannot wait to be home." So we walked in and was greeted by what I assume to be the manager on duty, he was very friendly. He sat us and introduced our waitress...I didnt catch her name but she was some what of an older lady and was sooooo kind and humble! I went to use the restroom and the waitress that we ran into outside was in the stall next to me. It appeared that she was doing some sort of drug by the sounds of sniffing that was coming from her side. After that, we got our food (which tasted delicious!!!) but right in the middle of our meal Azra started vacuuming.... I know it is cleaning...but when people have food around the dust that flies is not acceptable...I am sorry that our waitress and the MOD have to work with someone who doesnt exactly care about her job. Aside from her everthing was perfect!

BLUF: Service is average and the food is warm at best. This Perkins is fairly close to the hotel I stayed in and I visited for dinner on a weeknight and ordered Breakfast. Service was decent, and like the other reviews stated, they appear to still be "tag teaming" on tables. They were not that busy either, maybe this is part of a new team concept? I ordered the largest breakfast and the food was luke warm and the polish sausage was terrible. Also, I agree with reviews stating find a new cook early I read after my visit and wish I would have read it first! I visit this city very often and from now on for my breakfasts I will go to the Cozy cafe no matter the drive. Thanks for reading and if it helps give a thumbs up! WHDSM

The Manager, rick, is rude and incompetent. It is rough walking in here. This is the third time Ive been here and its only because the wait staff is HALF decent. I have came and left three times because the manager Rick, CLEARLY and BLATANTLY ignored me and my family when we were waiting to be seated. The second time he ignored me for FIFTEEN MINUTES while I stood there. The food is Perkins "diner-esque" food, its what you would expect. The ONLY reason I gave this one star is because its not the servers fault that the manager is trash and a joke. Its infuriating.

Waited to be served for over 10 minutes. Waiter kept walking pass us. Took the order from table next to us but never took our order or even asked for beverage. Waiter walked pass us about 5 times and kept going back to the other take because the drink orders was wrong and asked how they wanted there eggs. We walked out....On our way out we told the hostess we waited and your Waiter never served us....She seemed surprised. We didnt stick around to care. Our first time here and definitely our last....

I arrived and stood in line to get checked in. Waited and waited while the host took payment and seated other quest. He walked by me several times. I was starting to get annoyed. Then one of the other quest informed me that I needed to sign myself in the register to be seated. I had no problem with signing myself in, it was the fact that the host did not tell me. The food was good but dissatisfied with the host service.

Perkins just isnt the same anymore the food is blah....and how dont they have a traditional biscuits and gravy thats one of the best breakfast entrees and how do you add on 3 huge pancakes for 99 cents but have to pay 7.00 for 3 small chocolate chip pancakes makes no sense and the banana cream pie is horrible Im not saying all their food is garbage but it used to be much better I wont ever go back there

The service was horrendous. Our waitress was preoccupied with looking out the windows and got some of our order wrong or forgot to bring stuff. Our appetizers and meals were brought out all at once and they were not fresh. The mashed potatoes were hard and springy...you could tap the top with your finger and nothing moved or got stuck to your finger. It was gross.

Bad service all the time! We try to keep our money our neighborhood but its bad service all the time it takes15 mins just to get our drinks not one single greet from any of the employees they just stare and then decide to seat us, takes them a long time to get drinks and 40 mins to get some sandwich and omelet ready. Last visit for sure... thank god for IHOP

Our wait staff was amazing considering the circumstances. Management is complete crap here. My table and three others just heard the hostess/shift leader cursing the kitchen and wait staff, while doing nothing to help either. If you want better reviews replace that idiot. Its no wonder why you have such bad turn over. Kim was amazing.

12:30pm on a Monday - Only about 1/2 of the tables had people seated but there was a 10 min for a table due to the kitchen being "way behind". Our server was very nice but never came back after she brought our food. There were lots of empty tables with stacks of dirty dishes on them. The food was good, nothing amazing but still good.

Been here twice in the last week. First time it was 45 minutes after we ordered before we got our food and the second time was carryout and got home and my order was totally messed up. Both times i was compensated for the errors but really, thats just crazy considering how much better the place used to be.

Dirty silverware got a second set for two those also dirty. And when i say dirty i mean dried egg yolk stuck on prongs of forks. Waited a very long time just to order. At the moment out of drinks and no sign of waitress. Praying the food will be better than experience where having now.

I used to visit this location growing up with my parents, but recently they seem to have trouble keeping up with a busy flow of customers. Visited yesterday (12/26/16) and got food poisoning. My food looked cooked so it could have been cross contamination or outdated products used.

Last time I was here, there was something going on with the kitchen and the waitresses. Long wait for food, customer were leaving, we stayed it took an hour too get our food, no apologies from staff or management. Havent been back since. Food was ok, nothing to brag about.

Went to this Perkins at about 11:30 PM with my family. We had some good pie and were talking and having fun, no one else was there at the time. For some crazy unknown reason the night manager asked us to leave!! I will never go back to this Perkins even for the good pie!

Terrible service, walked in to nobody greeting you stood around for 15 minutes and no one offered us any help. You could stand in the doorway and see open tables and booths and yet no one was willing to help. I will never visits this establishment again

My wife and I took the kids hear to eat and they messed up all of our orders after clerafing them twice and they still got it wrong and it total it took 50 min to get our food over priced shity service and small porcine an all around bad place to eat
