The wife and I stopped here for dinner last night. It had been awhile since either of us ate at a Perkins (at least several years) but upon not being able to make up our minds on where to eat we decided to try the new place in town. Walking into the place it looked very nice, it was busy, but somehow they were managing to keep the tables and floors clean. We were seated quickly though there were only two of us and I suspect there wouldve been more of wait if that wasnt the case. Our waitress was quick with the menus and was very nice, when it came to any questions we had. The menu was a pretty decent size they had a good variety of items to choose from and options to mix and match. Ultimately, I decided on the grilled salmon (with the apricot and teriyaki glaze) with mash potatoes and there gourmet mac and cheese. The entree came with a roll as well. My wife then ordered a Greek salad and a side of mash potatoes. The wait for the meal wasnt too long, and during the wait they explained there bakery box and then this eclub promotion in which you get a free meal during the month of your birthday and also receive updates from Perkins about special deals etc. We turned both down as we werent interested. After that our food came within like 10 minutes or so. The wifes salad was just a pretty generic iceberg lettuce blend with a few additions of which I cant remember. We could also tell the mash potatoes were instant potatoes and the gourmet Mac and cheese I got wasnt gourmet at all. I almost mistook it for another pile of mash potatoes on my plate. I could taste a little cheese and there were noodles in it, but they mustve been running low and that Mac n cheese and just mixed in mashed potatoes with it, because thats what it tasted like. The salmon was good, however they forgot the apricot teriyaki glaze they said comes with it. Finally the roll looked like rolls youd get served in a high school cafeteria. For the price you pay here, Id expect better food, which is why Im only giving two stars.

My sister and I came into the restaurant with three of our kids. The service was absolutely horrible and waited 45 minutes for our food. I finally had to ask for a refill on our drinks we had waited so long. Once the food arrived, we were disappointed to find...the onion rings were burnt and the mozzerella sticks didnt have cheese left inside of them. I ordered an avocado salad with chicken covered in dried taco seasoning...I couldnt eat it. When I went to pay the bill, the gentleman at the register asked how are meal was. After discussing my concerns the gentleman looked up my ticket (because the waitress didnt bring it) and said "that will be 66.47! Amazing, after everything I just shared with him, not an apology, a deduction on our ticket, nothing! Please, do not waist your money on and establishment that no longer provides great food, customer service, or at least have courtesy to make it right!

Stopped in last weekend around 11. Nobody ever greeted us so we sat our selves. After about 5 minutes a waiter came and offered drinks. My friend asked about their shakes and the waitress who just happened to be training a new employee was rude. I believe her babe was Anna or ann. Shes a bigger lady and she often there at nights. We still didnt even get a menu. After we got the menu it took like 25 minutes just to ask what we even wanted to order! Customer service sucks! If the employees cant be respectful hire new ones!!! My friend from out if town said wheres she from every one gives good customer service and she wont be back. Take a look At the employees and have a talk with the fat ann or whoever about being more Nice! Ass holes.

Pretty nice Perkins. We went during the early evening hours and they were seating everyone on one side of the restaurant which I thought was unnecessary since there were a lot of people there when we arrived and continuing to come in. There was one table when we arrived and left they never cleaned off and even the hostess wasnt sure if our table was cleaned off. If youre going to sit everyone on one side, better make sure youre keeping the tables clean. Our waitress was friendly and made sure our drinks stayed refilled. The food was good as well as its presentation. Big fan of Perkins and overall this one did not disappoint.

Ordered the everything omelet with no onion and it seemed to me as they threw in the raw veggies and just cooked the egg. None of the mushrooms were close to cooked properly and my hash browns looked like they were soaked in oil and served on a plate, they were, not golden or crispy they were soggy and mushy. Also had a Ruben and the bread was falling apart and soggy plus the sour crout was burnt and they used the wrong bread best part was probably the fries udderly disappointed and will not be returning

Staff was friendly. I ordered a Cobb salad and tomato basil soup. The soup was not very warm so I asked them to heat it up more. They were happy to do it. I did think that the amount of soup in the bowl was rather skimpy. The bowl was more than half empty. It tasted really good so I would have enjoyed a larger portion. Otherwise the place was clean, pleasant, and had a very friendly staff.

My wifes dinner was greasy and cold. No one came over to ask about our meal. When I tried to buy a cookie at the counter after we paid, I was told I would have to wait until a waiter was free. I still cant believe the cashier was not able to sell a cookie next to the register. I stared this with two stars but just dropped it to one after thinking about that again.

The place was dead sat there for 5 min before we even seen our waiter. Then place our food order and after 20 minutes get up to leave. The waiter Mike comes by and goes did she not bring out your food, its ready. Seriously management is standing up front and doing nothing. There was only 6 tables besides us. No reason we had to wait that long for service.

never even had a chance to try the food, we waited almost 10 minutes behind another party of 2 wait in to be seated. it was a fri. am around 10:50 and there appeared to be several staff and only around half occupied. we and the party of 4 behind us left, as we were never were acknowleded, and the first party still hadnt been seated. I was very disappointed.

Stopped in last night, got seated right away had enough time to completely read the menu and the desert menu, and the ketchup bottle before so much as our drink order was even taken. Stopped in for a quick meal and probably spent at least an hour and a half there

Very friendly and good service. Our server was quick to offer to ask the cook about a question we had. She returned quickly with the answer. Our sandwiches and salad were very good.

Food was not worth the money paid. Service was not the greatest..server finally asked if I would like a refill on my drink. I told her "yes", she took the glass & never came back.
