The coffee is great but the drive thru is one of the slowest of all the Caribous Ive been to. Staff was very friendly. Had to come back and adjust this review down some stars as the last 2 times i went here they got my order wrong. Ill start driving to the other Caribou nearby from now on just to get quality service. Management should take notice of the lack of care shown by the staff here.

I agree with the previous reviewer - I think it us one of the best Caribou Café stores. Staff always professional and place is not too cold or too hot/stuffy or noisy like some coffee places Ive been to. Patrons are often well behaved youth, business people and regular folks.

Cleanliness is suffering. Caribou overall does not have good food choices. I feel like its a crap-shoot to find what Im looking for from week to week. My very specific order is often not made correctly, so Ive started going elsewhere.

Its hit and miss on this location for a good cup of joe. They always say there machines arent calibrated so coffee on occasion really is bad but u can bring the coffee back and get a new one.

They are always out of breakfast sandwiches and baked goods by 10 am on the weekends, without fail. Slow drive through, and the total is always different, even though the order is the same...

Great workers!!! Awesome Attitudes!!! The workers there were so nice to me and very polite. My coffee was great and was filled with love!!! I would recommend going to the Osseo Caribou!!!

A lot of new staff who are doing exceptionaly well. I love the enviornment, this is my go to place to meet up with family and friends, not to mention fantastic drinks!!!

Great coffee to fuel my morning. The drive-thru gets a bit backed up in the morning though and the parking lot cant quite accommodate all the cars waiting.
