The consistent decline in this locations customer service is really disappointing. Some of the staff upholds great hospitality, but the negative tones, throwing of the straws at customers, eye rolling, and passive aggressive demeanor makes it difficult to want to return to this location even though its most convenient. Having been a partner for 3 years in the past at a much higher volume location, I dont recall any of my previous coworkers ever treating customers the way I myself have either been treated or witnessed another being treated. As a Starbucks partner, if youre that unhappy with your workplace, leave. Lifes too short to be that unhappy and to take it out on customers looking forward to their handcrafted beverage.

My order was missed, so I was waiting a while (pumpkin spice latte for Ben). Then one of the staff asked if I was waiting for an order. Because of the mistake, he gave me a coupon for a free drink next time I visited. I wasnt upset and I didnt ask for any sort of compensation, which made this all the more impressive. This is great customer service. An issue was acknowledged, resolved and was taken one step further by showing the value of my time and an appreciation for my business. I dont know the gentlemans name, but he should definitely be recognized for his obvious focus on customer satisfaction. Well done Starbucks Employee!

Freezing location. Spent many days after college working in here, freezing to death. Learned to bring a jacket or sweater even in the summer. Staff can be snarky, and rude... Especially when your order is wrong and you bring it up. Ive gotten something coffee colored when Ive ordered a vanilla bean frappe, brought it up, and the lady pulled it from my hands quickly poured it out, spilling it on herself and the counter... Remade my drink, and gave me the wrong thing again. Some staff have changed since this experience.

I LOVE Starbucks and this is the ONLY location that cannot get it right!!!! My Starbucks drinks whether in Memphis, Richfield, MN, or Portland, OR always taste the same and are excellent!! But when I go to the Edina location I wouldnt even know Im at a Starbucks if not for the cup it is in. They add cream to the plain coffee and dont add syrup to the Pumpkin Spice latte. Has happened 3 times before. What is going on at this location???????? Why cant they get it right????????

One start just for the bathroom. Even if service and product were Starbucks amazing... These bathrooms are uber gross! First bathroom was out of tp, there is trash all over the floor, and waste left in the toilet. Second bathroom was equally as trashed, with just enough tp to get to go, and forget washing because the sink had some kind of dirty slime all over the front with a tile stained air dryer next too it. This is why I keep wipes in my purse.

Im a loyal Starbucks customer but will not be going to this location anymore. The drive-through would be convenient, but they screw up your order at least 50 percent of the time. In-store orders are not much better. I actually reached out to corporate to report the problem, but nothing was ever done about it. I doubt this online review will change anything, but hopefully I can save someone else from wasting their time or money at this location.

This was my favorite Starbucks in the Twin Cities until they had those cups that fell apart. I had several incidents of hot coffee spilling all over the car and burning my hand and the cup would start disintegrating by the time I got home. Someone needs to turn that temp down a bit. Its in a great location right across from a Bread place which offers free samples before you buy. I loved the lemon lavender $1 mini muffin with my Starbucks.

Horrendous service. Ordered drinks and breakfast sandwiches. Our drinks came relatively quickly but never got our sandwiches. All the baristas completely ignored us. Had to get back in the huge line to inquire about the sandwiches. The barista was rude when we asked about them. Apparently they never made the sandwiches, even though there was one person designated to making food. I will NEVER come back to this location!

Honestly, I get that its the holidays and it can be quite stressful with also having a drive though. I had to wait 15 mins for my drink because apparently one of the workers forgot to, idk put my order in. When I finally said something, I was treated rather coldly without even an apology. I get it Starbucks, your a big chain but a little respect goes a long way.

The GenZ through Millennials work very hard at a very busy Starbucks with a drive through and outdoor seating area. The Boomer and older staff are not as adept at the tech/kitchen accouterments and things bottleneck when they man the cash registers during busy times! Overall it is clean and friendly.

Everytime i come to this starbucks they either are out of 3 or 4 things or get my order wrong then argue with me. If u are expecting to order somthing every other starbucks has ur out of luck go somewhere else they will tell u that they no longer have it. The employees are always rude as well ....

Always welcoming. Busy, but they fill orders quickly. Pleasant, friendly. A seat at the bar or over on the patio, I am able to enjoy a lovely evening. My first choice of locationstuff to visit. I can use the mobile order and get my lunch within the 30 minutes I have for my work lunch break.

good place but customer service sucks, some times i come in the morning this guy behind the counter keep whistling and very loud when he call customers .. above that the loud music that they play.!! very annoying place to have a conversation or to focus on school home work

I have had numerous problems with this location. The biggest one is with mobile orders. Whenever I mobile order something to this location, I find I have to physically walk up to the register since they never actually make it. Service is sloppy at best.

Come here all the time. I order with the app and its almost ready when we come in. Only a few exceptions like when its taken but always a quick fix! Its a bit humid in there through and is not comfortable to sit in after walking there from work.

I prefer Caribou over Starbucks generally, but if youre in the Centennial Lakes area, this is your best bet for caffeine. The staff here is outgoing. Other than that, this is just a Starbucks, so you know what youre getting.

This place sucks!! I ordered a pink drink and had no coconut milk...so i ordered a very berry hibiscus...and they said " did you know we have no berries??" How the hell am i supposed to know you have no berries...idiots!!

You know what they say about Starbucks. There is one on every corner well this isnt the case for this one its not on a corner its a stand-alone Starbucks if you need some pep in your step this is the place to go.

I got my order quick but its so small inside that it feels crowded and volumes carry so very noisy. Not a big deal but no smoking allowed on the patio/outside seats. I prefer Mugshots down the road.
