I spilled soda on my iPhone in the morning (!). I took it in after work to the Apple store. However, I didnt have an appointment with Genius so they said I had to wait days or weeks or however long it takes to get one. I knew that time was working against me and that my phone would turn into a pile of rust by the time I got an Apple appointment. I ran into these guys at CupFoods. Explained the situation and they said my chances of recovery were high since the accident happened on the same day. They replaced my screen since the touch sensor was screwed up, but said my motherboard looks fine. Their price was fair and they accept credit card. Didnt even lose my data. I tested all the features of the phone, everything works and Im happy as a clam.They were live savers! TIP: If you have liquid damage, dont do the bag of rice trick! Once your phone dries, thats when the damage sets in. It causes corrosion unless you get it cleaned up and fixed ASAP. It may work short term, maybe for weeks or months, but as corrosion starts, your phone is dead and not fixable.

The worst treatment of a Muslim by a Muslim. This Mahmoud A. and staff I have filed a Consumer Complaint against at the State Attorney General Office. This was over not receiving a receipt for a cell phone purchase, which is against MetroPCS policy ( according to the Chicago Corporate Office) and a clear defiance of Muslim Principles expressly stated in The Holy Quran: "...Be not averse to writing down ( the contract) whether it be small or great with (record of ) the term thereof. That is more equitable in the Allah and more sure for testimony, and the best way of avoiding doubt between you...." -The Holy Quran, Surah Al Baqarah ( #2), Ayat # 282 This man and establishment proudly display their observance of their Friday Prayer on the business front door, and Mahmoud A. has the audacity to lecture me ( during the performance of my job on June 68, 2017) on religion when he, and his employees, should not be hypocritical in duty, false in witness and retaliatory to this whistleblower.

I dropped my phone and needed a replacement and ended up being helped by the most helpful, sincere, and real employee I have ever met. shabazz (god I hope I spelled that right) not only did everything in her power to try and set me up with a phone the same day but when there was a problem processing my claim with Assurant she was even more pissed off at the system than I was! I almost had to leave without a new phone but shabazz(again if Im spelling this wrong and youre reading this shabazz I am super sorry) found a clever solution and got me my phone. For all my phone needs this is now my go to store

This place is a gem. Very reasonable prices and great work done. I came here on two different occasions: the first to root my android phone and install a custom ROM, and the second to fix my phone after it soft-bricked on me. In both of my experiences there, Mike was the one who handled my phone, and I can say that he really knows what hes doing and he takes pride in his work. He will go to great lengths to make sure that everything works perfectly before handing it back, and in my case he actually gave me an upgraded software package at no charge (during my second trip)! Highly recommended!

Gyros are a past time of mines. Over the years I have visited many late night gyro spots all over the city. Some are better then others but, when it comes down to it they are all pretty much the same. You get a pita with some meat, onions, tomatoes, and taziki sauce, thats about with. My buddy told me this is his favorite gyro spot in the city. And just after one visit, its deff my top . What makes this spot unique is the ability to customize your gyro. Being able to choose toppings, and sauce makes this spot unlike any other gyro spot I have been too. Will deff be coming back!!

This is a hidden gem in the Southside. Ive only gotten food from them, but its good. Their gyro is damn good, and they actually know how to fry things here without them being greasy or limp (deal breakers). Also, be advised that, if you sign up for the Happenings web coupons for a $1 a month, they have buy one get one coupons for the deli food. Also, you get coupons for a lot of other places, too. This place definitely needs to be filed under the category of "dont judge a book by its cover." In times past, Ive sorta thumbed my nose at this place. Boy, was I a clueless loser.

Simple, fast, and inexpensive -- what more can you what? My Samsung S6 had a dysfunctional screen, which made it impossible to retrieve my photos, videos, etc. Other places quoted me $100+ dollars for data retrieval, if they were willing to do it at all. Even the Verizon store turned me away. Cupfoods transferred everything to a thumb drive, and reassembled the phone for a fraction of the price. I came in late in the afternoon, right as they were closing, but was able to pick it up next-day. They texted me updates and everything. Superb service! Recommended for anyone!

Great Service from CupFoods! Had to bring in my device here to get revived by the best technicians! They guide you throughout the entire process when you come to the booth. The manager, Shaban S. was very helpful and checked in with me the following day, just to make sure the device was working properly. Now that my device is back and running, HOPEFULLY i wont ever crack my device ever again. I know that I can count on Best Phone Repair, and the manager Shaban A to get me a great deal to fix my iPhone! :)

I took my phone in for service and it was pretty busy . Mike the owner I believe asked me if I needed anything and I told him about my iPhone 5S that needs to be fixed . He gave me a great deal and gave me an orginal apple screen so it doesnt void the warranty on my phone , and also gave me a free screen protector . There deli has amazing philly cheese steaks and lets be honest , this is Probbly the best hood corner store! .

I went to Apple Store at Mall of America to fix my iPhone and they said it will cost me 300 dollars just for new screen. Fortunately on my way home I saw iPhone repair place here at cup and hey fixed in 20 min for 99$ only. Highly recommended this place anyone who is looking for quick repair for fair price and they are open late hours till 9 oclock. Thank you I repair

This store has worst customer service. All their employees have zero customer serving experience. All there phones and chargers are chip products that they got from China. Everything I got from that store didnt lost me more than 3day. I recommend all the valuable customers to not go up there . Because everything they have is fake.
