I had to try it once. First appearance looked promising. The place was packed with people and there was a lot going on. I love the fact the everything is made fresh. It is really neat to see the stacks of potatoes and peanuts all over the resturaunt. I like the fact that everything is out in the open and people can se everything that goes on with their food. It is personal and it involves the customer. I did have a little sticker shock at the order counter. Two burgers, fries and drinks was almost $24.00. Due to the cost I was expecting a premier meal. The meal was average. The burgers and bacon, while fresh, had little to no flavor. The cheese was very good and had a lot of flavor as well as the jalapenoes and onions. Being it was our first time there we ordered both the regular and cajun fries. The regular fries are very good if you salt them right away. The cajun fries were good in small doses. It was actually too much seasoning and eventually everything tasted like black pepper. The customer service is first rate. Employees are friendly and courteous. The resturaunt is clean and tidy. Bathrooms are clean and the decore raves about the food being the best. Overall, my meal was adequate but the value for the price is just not worth it. For the price, go to Famous Daves or Buffalo Wild Wings.

We went after 8pm on a Thursday when it wasnt super busy not knowing what to expect. Ordered a burger with mushrooms and onions and mayo and a regular French fry. We waited a bit, so not really "fast food" more like diner speed. You can see them making the food fresh while you wait and it smells amazing! That first bite of the burger still surprised me. I dont know how they get the burger so tender and juicy! It was delicious, dripping but not from grease or too much condiment, just so juicy. The fries were natural skin on and we didnt understand what they meant about the extra scoop until we saw them add a generous scoop of fries into our bag. We couldnt finish all of them, but we enjoyed them nonetheless. They were "real honest French fries" in an age of fast food frankenfries. People complained about spending too much, but this is not fast food and the portions are huge. I feel the price is right for what you get. Next time I will be prepared to order a small burger and fries and still share the fries. I think Red Robin better look out because the burger quality was better for less at Five Guys.

Id been wanting to stop in for a year. Id read about the burgers, how juicy they were, the grease ran down your arm, meat really fresh, etc... Man, how disappointing. The burger was really dry, tasteless, and the french fries were so-so. It was so different from the publicity that I figured it was just a bad day for the cook. In the interest of fairness, Im going to try it again. Im willing to pay extra for a top notch burger, but it better be a ton better!

Didnt even want to give it one star. Absolutely the second worst hamburger Ive ever eaten in my entire life. This was so greasy that it was just a gelatinous slimy ooze covering my burger instead of a bun. Disgusting. I spent half a days wage on food for my family. Would of had less grease if I kicked out the grease trap. I see why you havent been voted best burger in almost ten years. Dont waste youre hard earned money on this garbage.

Delicious burgers, Frys were ok but a little bit too much salt. Treated my son to lunch but didnt expect to pay $32 for a burger Frys and drink for both of us. I will never again complain about Mc Donalds, Burger King, or Hardees prices.

Best fries ever! I love ordering from the app. When I get there I can jump the line and say I am a web order. They drop my fries and the burgers are already done. Takes seconds, and it is delicious! I can go no bun if I want as well.

The woodbury, MN location was FILTHY. It was so dirty that I will never return to a five guys ever again. 2nd, it was way over priced. I could have gone to buffalo wild wings or olive garden for a cheaper meal. Very disappointed.

Im sure the food would have been decent if I didnt have to take out a small loan to feed my family of six. Everything a la carte and way too expensive for a burger joint. Applebees was just as good and less expensive.

First and last time, my husband and I will be going to any of there resturants. After only a couple of bites, we threw up everything. That was a terrible waste of money. DO NOT COME HERE!!!!
