I was standing in line behind all the "foo-foo" specialty customers with my Starbucks "Twin Cities" mug and drinking coffee I had brought into the store . . . The baristra asked for my order AND THEN asked me in the presence of other customers "are you buying that mug?" I told them I bought it months ago ... I got glares from both baristras and then charged for the full cup of coffee (Caribou always knocks off 50 cents or more even if it's not their mug!) . . . first of all, it's an insult as a customer to even be remotely accused of theft and then not even an apology for making a fool or thief out of me ... I should have brought into this store my Starbucks Montreal mug and replied loudly, "No, I bought this in Montreal. I am not a thief as you are implying!!" ... Last time for me at this store and furthermore convincing me that other coffee chains are far superior of Starbucks!!

I downloaded the app that they advertise so you can "skip the line" so I ordered the two teas at 3:30 on my way to work. I figured they might be busy as to why I ordered it way ahead of time. I got there around 3:45 and I didnt see the teas so decided to get in the line. When I was up I said Im here to pick up the mobile order and they said ya the order is on the bar. I stood aside to wait as the whole line literally got their drinks before me, and then I got mine when they were done helping everyone else 20 minutes later after i ordered the drinks. Safe to say this app is pointless.

Didnt open on time, I was standing out in the cold and an employee looked at me then looked at their watch then kept doing whatever they were doing. Employees didnt seem to care. Wouldnt recommend stopping here

This isnt the friendliest Starbucks around but they do a decent job with your drink. Theres usually no wait and plenty of table space. Come here to study or work for hours with minimal interruption.

The dining room is more comfortable than the 98th St. Starbucks, with a friendly, helpful staff and the same Starbucks drinks and food that youd expect.
