My mom went in there for her birthday after signing up for the rewards, etc. She walked in and they turned her down and attempted to tell her that she had not signed up. I cant get over how disrespectful that was, I will not return to Biggby in Williamston.

Very pleasant little coffee shop. Super clean and I swear the coffee tastes better here (in the frozen drinks) then drinks Ive gotten at other Biggbys. The staff is always very nice.
