SAVE YOUR MONEY!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! Worst place to ever go to! I ordered a pizza and had to wait 45 minutes before someone finally told me that the cook shut the oven off half way through cooking it so my pizza didnt cooked right and they had to remake it. You think I got a credit or a free drink for the wait? Hell no! To top it off the bartenders dont no how to make any drinks more complicated than a jack & coke. I asked for a tequila sunrise, which is a simple drink, and they messed it up so bad that I sent it back and they had the nerve to try and charge me. The waitresses are so rude that they only chase after guys who they think will tip high and give bad service to everyone else. I came here a couple times thinking it would change and its the same crappy service every time with new staff since the turn over rate is ridiculous.

Quick to get seated during busy dinner time on Saturday night. Initial service was good, quick to get drunk and food orders. However not once did the waitress come back until after we had had our fill of our meals. Unfortunately my steak was way overcooked. I had ordered medium rare and it came out medium well, I wouldve expected better from a $24 steak. Not my experience but others that we observed while we were there: a couple that had been there before we arrived was still waiting for their food even after we got ours. They ended up leaving because it never came. Another tables bill got switched for another as well. I hadnt been here in a couple years but I have to say Ive never written a review on a restaurant and ever and this experience compelled me to do so. Dont think Ill be coming back anytime soon.

Currently writing this right now as I wait around for my very slow service. From the moment I got in the hostess got my drinks and when I went to order an appetizer she snipped at me saying "Im just here for the drinks" and then told my waitress who was across the place with the rest of the waitresses drinking and socializing, I waited until my appetizer came out to see my waitress for the first time. Took her ages to come back for our order and when I asked for a side sauce took another 10 minutes while I watched her socialize and drink her soda again. Barely said a word to me and I think I only encountered her 3 times. Never asked how the food was either. The only reason theyre getting 2 stars was because the food was good but then again a salad is hard to mess up.

They sat us at a high top table, where the TV did not work, we have an eight year old that was rough. Also the waitresss huddled behind the bar, talking, our glasses were on the end of the table for over 15 minutes. Our service was awful, our waitress wasnt friendly, nor did she smile.I will not come back to a Art and Jakes. I will also tell my family and friends, and co workers about our visit.

This is a really nice sports bar. This place has everything that is requires for the perfect sports bar. Good beer selection Good bar food Good looking waitresses Lots of large screen televisions tuned into various sporting events The number one thing that is needed of any bar in the sports category is that they play the audio of sporting events over their speaker system and not music.

Excellent food. Excellent service. Food was at our table quick and delicious. Lexi was an exceptional server. We ordered the fried pickles, BBQ bacon pizza, and classic Reuben. One of the best Reubens Ive ever had! You can taste the quality of meat they use! Very impressed and the place was packed on a Saturday evening with the michigan game on and nothing wavered!

Line out the door yet was seated promptly as only having 2 people. Great menu and food was prepared perfectly. Appetizers were on time and drinks were refilled quickly. Food was very very good for the price. Only complaint would be that being a sports bar now-a-days you need a broad beer menu and this they have not.

Place is growing on me. 4th trip and service keeps getting better every visit. Ive enjoyed many items on their menu and their wings are a must along with the chilli, and pizza. Also I like how each high top has its own TV and dish network, really enhances a positive experience.

I ordered from the special menu and the siciliano steak came to me cold. I sent it back and fifteen minutes later i got the same steak back. Third time i have been here and each time it got worse. Dont do it! Not to mention...the owner is the cook and served raw steak.

The food is good and the tap list is okay for southeast Michigan, but the prices have gone WAY up. Theres a definite mismatch between the sports bar aura theyre going for and the prices, which are on part with nicer places.

Great deep dish pizza! Very broad range of food to choose from on their menu. They have Golden Tee! EDIT: They do not have Golden Tee anymore. But they just remodeled (August 2017). Place looks great!

Prices went up and portions went down...it used to be 5 stars but some thing changed over the last year or so, I believe the management changed? Mens Bathroom is small and usually out of paper towel.

Ordered the NY steak. It was a job to chew it down. Never had such a horrible piece of meat. It hurt to eat. Stick to their salads. Should have chose the Cobb salad.
