Went there in the second or third week. First we had a beer menu and they didnt put the type of beer next to the name, and when asked the waitresses didnt know some either which was kind of hard to know what to order. Then we went for dinner but stayed there 2-3 hours because they were so slow. But the restaurant was maybe half filled. Then, when we ordered fish and chips the skin was still on the fish. Apparently to keep it from flaking when put in the fryer, however if this was a problem maybe they should use a different type of fish (they were using whitefish) for their fish and chips. Or tell you ahead of time that theyre leaving it on before it got fried. All in all it was kind of all over the place, maybe because theyre newer and still getting things down. But it was an extremely long wait and a high priced menu for some okay food.

The good: They were very accomodating for a large party. All the people working there were super nice. The pizza was pretty good. The Skinny Fries were delicious. The apps for the most part were ok. The restrooms are clean. If you want to watch a game, there are a ton of t.v.s, even in the bathroom. The bad: Every drink I ordered too over 20 minutes to come to the table. The chicken wings were terrible, greasy, and soggy. Its extremely loud in there. The food took almost an hour to come out. If you dont really want to watch a game, tough, there are t.v.s everywhere. Overall, I probably would not go here again. Not with the other options in the Rochester area.

What a happy surprise! Tried another restaurant but couldnt park so we tried TooRiLoo and are so happy to have found it. From the outside it seems like a standard neighborhood bar and grill but once seated the beer and whiskey menu are impressive. Add in the food menu and its twist on the norm and my husband and I had a really wonderful dining experience. Dani our server recommended the ancient grains salad, which I was a bit skeptical about. But wow. It was fabulous. When I asked for the nutrition info the manager brought it right out. My husband had the pizza which he loved. I NEVER write reviews, but had to this time. We will be back.

This place has an identity crisis. It fronts as an Irish bar but the menu is very Italian. The only remotely Irish thing is the fish and chips. Just because you put Guinness in a recipe does not make it Irish! The food itself was decent but nothing to write home about. They pad their "extensive" beer list with domestics like bud light and such. The service was kinda slow for a Sunday. The place wasnt terrible, they make an effort. Its just that all of their efforts are in so many directions, nothing stands out. I didnt hate it but I wont be back. Theres plenty of other places to go around here that know what they want to be.

First time we went I got the salmon and found it incredibly plain and very overpriced. Second time we went I got a Detroit Coney pizza and it was delicious and fairly priced. Outside of the food and price, the atmosphere is good, the beer selection is awesome, and the wait staff are great. It is an odd sort of place though. Half fancy beer and food restaurant and half sports bar. A bit of an identity crises in my mind. Need to try one more time to make a final decision.

Wait staff was marginal. Couldve been friendlier. The gal that seated us was almost dare I say "rude". Great beer choice. Tasty appetizers though mine was less than room temperature and the chicken and rings were good. My daughter got the shrimp scallop dish and the shrimp and scallops were chewy not tender. A bit overpriced for what we were served.

Enjoyed three trips to this establishment in the past month and plan on more. For lunch, you cant go wrong with the B.L.A.T. and sweet potato fries, or the beef brisket with horseradish dipping sauce. Huge beer and wine lists. Great atmosphere, family friendly, and great downtown Rochester people watching. Highly recommended.

I love this restaurant, they have great food and beer selections. Honestly, its one of my favorite bars in downtown Rochester, but when we chose their bar as our final stop for the pedal bar, they wouldnt serve us. All we wanted to do was finish our night at their bar. If you ride the pedal bar, do not come here.

Met a friend last night for his Birthday I could not believe how great this place was the staff went out of there way to make sure we had good time and my friend had great Birthday I had the Pork and Beans for dinner it was outstanding the open windows give a open air feel without all the negative "bugs-wind-ect"

We had only a 30 minute wait on a Saturday night. They text your phone when your table is ready so if there is no room at the bar here, you can go to one of the many other establishments in town and have a cocktail while you wait for your table. Food was good (gnocchi with lamb) wine list has some gems.

The food was good and I appreciated that they had some healthier options on the menu. The service was not good though. Our server was nice enough, but seemed very overwhelmed and I had to ask for napkins twice and a glass of water three times. I was also confused by the lack of Irish foods on the menu.

The food and service are fantastic! The manager comes around frequently to check how youre enjoying your meal. The place has a very upscale sports bar feel to it. The burgers and very delicious and lean and the pizzas are definitly made from fresh ingredients. I would highly recommend this location!

Really trendy sports bar with one of the best appetizers Ive ever had. It was some fried cheese thing with artichokes and some really good stuff, I forgot the name but it was sooooo good. This place can get prettt crowded tho, some nights its way too many people crammed in there for my liking.

Attentive staff, great food and selection of beers on tap, with reasonable happy hour prices. Love the giant windows that open the building up during nice, warm days. Only negative that really sticks out is the excessive amount of TVs and their placement.

Great restaurant, the moment I walked in I was greeted by a friendly staff and electric atmosphere. The chili was fantastic and I enjoyed the salad. I cannot praise this restaurant. Definitely going again.
