They have never messed up an order that I can think of which is why Im giving 2 stars. Every time I go there with my family they are socializing with their friends and not paying attention to what they are doing. They rush even when its not busy to talk to their friends. I understand if its not busy or you have no customers and your friends stop by and you want to chat for a moment. Toslly get that but EVERY time I go there this happens which makes it seem like the friends are just there all day

Ordered the new triple truffle blizzard. I asked for caramel sauce instead of the chocolate sauce thats blended with it. Drove to the park to enjoy it. Of course theres no caramel. I asked the boy who handed me my blizzard if it was caramel sauce in it, he looked at me hella confused then said it was. The girl making them caught an attitude with another customer because he said his minty blizzard wasnt minty enough. Well just take our business elsewhere.

ONLY order ice cream from here. I took the liberty of trying a chili dog and received a cold hot dog with even colder chili. They actually keep the chili refrigerated, pop it in a microwave for 2 minutes (not enough) and serve it. A picture will be up soon of this. Also, they ran out of onions.

I used to love them like from me they wouldve gotten five stars but ever since they got rid of the Snickers ice cream I dont go as much and now I only get smoothies so yea I give them like 2 and a half maybe three stars and that being nice

Girls here are rude. When I worked in food service we had to have a professional apperance...hmmm not so much here and they always have friends or family hanging around. I cant tell who is in line or who is there to see their girfriend.

We went last night , bad experience... one of the employees was to preoccupied with her friends, so naturally she got orders wrong and once it got to her attention, her nasty attitude came out in full force , i will not be going back

Ive had horrible customer the last 2 times Ive been here - I wont be back again. Long wait times, messed up our order (we each ordered a blizzard, nothing special), and out of candy for the blizzard of the month - again!

Would of given it 1 star except for the one employee actually trying. The rest are either snotty or to busy socializing with their friends in the back. And what dairy Queen runs out of Oreo pieces. Poor management.

Just went there they had 3 guys working and none of them knew what they were doing sat there for 40 minutes waiting for our drinks. Very dissatisfied with the experience!
