I used to love coming to Biggby, but now it seems like every time I come here my order gets messed up. There was this one time the cashier told my boyfriend and I how we need to order the next time we come in so they understand us. She had the nerve to correct us when we repeated the order 3x to her. It seems like some of the workers go to work high, which may explain a lot. Now told they mess up our order ends up being $11 when it should have been around $5. I explained how they messed up and now I have to wait forever to talk to a general manager to see about getting my money back. In that case the shift manager should have refunded me on the spot, but she didnt want to help me. Instead she asked if I still had the coffees so I can hand them back. Im very unhappy with this place and they lost a customer.

If it was legal I would marry Biggby coffee. The selection is great for many different coffee drinkers tastes. The staff are very friendly and made suggestions based on our coffee preferences. Id like to see Capitan Biggby go head to head with the Starbucks lady in a UFC style match. Biggby would knock her teeth out and punch her straight on her baby maker.

Best coffee in MI! They had amazing service after I added the amount of milk I wanted, they topped off the coffee and stirred in my splenda which was above and beyond. My only complaint was that they werent sure if they could make a nonfat frozen drink, otherwise great service!

Everything about the atmosphere is great. The staff is polite and the bathrooms and main area are always clean. The only thing lacking is the quality of the coffee. That being said its a great place to go if youre looking to get away and read a book or catch up on homework.

Good coffee that is located near work, nothing too special. The employees are very friendly and are very quick to make a drink. This location also ha a back room which is nice for group meetings away or for a quiet place away from home to get some work done.

There is always a friendly greeting, no matter which barrista are working. Love getting coffee and lattes here, a local chain store, but tastes great regardless. WiFi works well, comfortable setting and even has a bit of outdoor seating.

Conveniently located coffee shop in a starbuckless town. Many options for drip coffee and all frou-frou drinks you would want. Flavored latte was a little too sweet to me, so will ask for less syrup next time.

Staff here is always fun to interact with. My last visit I ordered a custom drink and got double the flavor syrup just for asking. Great place for coffee if youve had a rough day.
