If I could I would give them 0 stars if I could I love this place but after the incident that happened with our visit there Im not sure if I will ever go back. Everything was fine in the beginning we got our waters my friend and I ordered and everything was fine. Then she got her soup that was good. Then our food came out she got the general tso chicken lunch special and I got the coconut shrimp. The general tso was so hard u couldnt put a fork through it and the one piece u could eat tasted old. Also at this time our waters were empty we flagged our waitress down and explained that the chicken was rock hard and she asked us if we wanted more water we both said yes. My friend sat there with no food for 20 mins while I ate most of my food. When her food was bought back her egg roll was gone the chicken was not chicken anymore and it was mushy so she told the waitress she just didnt want it take it off the bill. So she had to go ask her manager and took 3 dollars off the bill. Then she bought the checks I paid my first and she bought it back to me I signed and put 0 for the tip bc I had a couple dollars in my purse. She took my signed copy and took my friends bill to be processed when she came back she opens up my bill and yells at me u forgot something and pointing at the tip part well no I didnt she goes yes u did and stood over me while I put the tip on the table and then she opens my friends too and did the same thing I got up from the table and got the manager while she is telling my friend that she will put a tip on the table my friend agreed and then ran when the server walked away and she ran after her screaming ur a liar ur a liar. Im all about tipping but do ur job and damn dont yell and run people down for a tip she didnt deserve the couple dollars she got. From the previous comments it looks like this happens often and the manager knew this was going on and lets it happen. So u just lost customers that go there at least three or four times a month and a lot of friends go there too and after telling them and the bullying of the waitress no one I know will be coming back there are many more restaurants that are out there that do a great job and deserve a tip.

My boyfriend and I went there and we ate our food and sat and finished our drinks and talked afterwards, and as i began to get close to finishing my food, the waitress began lurking around our table and staring at us. My boyfriend hadnt even payed fully yet, he was still signing his name on the receipt and the woman decided to come and stand next to our table. I got very uncomfortable and i decided i wasnt going to leave a tip due to the poor service, and as i get up to leave, i picked up my purse and she follows us and says "Wheres my tip!?" in a very rude tone. She then pressured us into giving her a tip and made us feel very unwelcome and horrible. This experience was the worst and the service is, for lack of a better word, crappy. However, the food is phenomanal, and i would give the food itself 5 stars.

The waitress Jenny she forced us to leave a tip when my group of four which we all payed for our meals separately. My friend she left her a tip in the middle of the table and when she came back to ask whats this which was the money (tip) for her she demanded a tip from all of us as she handed us back our checks ... NEVER GOING BACK THERE AGAIN !! Will be calling the owner Monday !!

This was the worst experience we have ever ever had. We waited patiently one HOUR and THIRTY minutes for our food. IT NEVER CAME Everyone around us , who came in after us, food came. We got up and left. They had the nerve to charge us for our drinks saying sorry sorry sorry. It was absolutely horrible and we have been there before as well. WE WILL NOT RETURN!!

I love their chirashi sushi and their Chefs Signature dish "Dragon Meets Phoenix". Id eat here any time, any day. The lunch specials pricing is excellent, and their dinner prices are excellent. I cant believe reading one of these reviews though.. "They had the nerve to charge us for our drinks" What? Lol. Ho Ping anytime baby!

I only ever order the Orange chicken but its always hot , fresh and delicious. Packed neatly with about a 10 minute to fifteen minute prep time never longer. The ladies there are always friendly as well. Carry out is always fast

Everytime we eat here we are happy, full and have plenty to take home. The staff is wonderful, the restaurant is pretty and clean. When you first walk in youre surprised how big the place is! Highly recommended.

The servers are very friendly and helpful. A waiter accidentally touched my straw when reaching across the table and I didnt even notice but he offered a new straw anyway. Food is just as great!

Dont let the outside of the building fool you, inside is a TOP NOTCH and beautiful restaurant. The sushi was amazing, and well plated. We always seem to get the same waiter and hes awesome!
