There are only a couple of staff who actually know the menu. Those that dont, fake it and make up an order. When the person who completes it calls out a completely different order, they expect you to just take what theyve made for you. I mentioned this once to the woman who made my order, she said Youre fine and dismissed the error. I would be more understanding of this if they were busy, but I was 1 of 2 customers. I was inside and there was a car at the drive thru just starting an order. Basically, there are just a bunch of rude untrained children working there. Every time I go in, I leave feeling this way. Marshall is lacking another coffee shop unfortunately. I avoid this place if possible and recommend the same for others.

I stopped at the drive through for a mocha this morning, the mocha was weak, but I was in a hurry. I assumed an error was made but they were very busy and people make mistakes. So, I went back later to get another mocha, I didnt mention the previous mocha to the barrista, it was a small thing and in the past, BUT the second mocha was exactly as the first. At this point I did say something to the barrista. I didnt ask for a 3rd mocha, it was obvious the barrista had made it correctly for that store. The staff working were pleasant and doing their jobs, so I didnt complain to them, I have to assume that the Marshall Biggby always makes weak mochas.

Whatever you do dont get duped by the sign on i94 saying theres a coffee shop. Its at least 15 min from the highway and terrible signage to get you there. Thank goodness for google maps or we would still be wondering the town. The coffee tasted like it was made with sulphur water, chai was barely warm, and the sandwich inedible. Makes me want to never go to any Bigby ever again. Wish I could give them zero stars

The slowest biggby by far and they have no idea how to make a reduced calorie drink. Also some of the workers dont know the difference between iced and frozen...or hot and iced. They also have no sense of multitasking, if someone orders a toasted bagel and a coffee you can always get working on that coffee while the bagel toasts instead of standing there staring at the bagel for 2 minutes.

I like biggby coffee, but just left there and service took at least 15 minutes ( I was the second car in line). 8 more pulled up behind me. The young boy working took my card didnt say hi, bye, the total, have a great day, nothing. He grunted, swiped my card, threw my drink at me and walked away. Not good service at all! Either needs more workers or new ones.

If I were the owner of this Biggby in Marshall I would get my butt in there and find out why this place is sooooo slow and the service is horrible. I was in line forever and while sitting there, atleast 6 cars drove off that were waiting in line to order. Smh Never again will I stop there.

We stopped here on the way through town. It took 15 minutes to go through the driveway with two people in front of us. I ordered a toasted everything bagel with cream cheese. The bagel didnt have enough cream cheese to lightly cover either side. For real guys? Come on!

The coffee is good, but not worth the amount of time it takes to get a drink from this place. Ive stopped here several times and the terrible service has been a consistent issue. From now on Ill stop and get the burned junk from the gas station.

This is the best Biggby Coffee in the area, always have a nice time coming in here. Plus, the only drive-thru coffee in Marshall makes it a morning staple! Get there a few minutes earlier if you go in the morning.

I live in Marshall and biggby is a respected establishment. Ps hot chocolate is great! However close way to early. Went to get coffe at 9 and the store closes at ten but store was closed.so Service sucks.

We were on a trip and saw their freeway sign and stopped for coffee. We were so impressed with the atmosphere and the staff that we made it a point to stop on our way back home. This is a great Biggby!
