This place is great! Value for your dollar with a great taste. Their shredded beef burrito is awesome. Their home made nachos are unique and delicious, along with their mild or hot sauce. Their tacos shells are clearly home made, making their tacos different but delicious. The bar is limited, but their pour is a good bang for the buck. I have almost tried everything on the menu at least once. I like some things a lot more than others, but most choices you will be satisfied with. They have great lunch specials that are very affordable. Flan is an awesome dessert choice. The person who berated this place is totally inaccurate, nothing in this place is microwaved...I give this place five stars on all aspects.

It was after lunch rush, one other had patrons and I couldnt get anyone to take my order. The young lady clearing tables apologized, and tried to get someone, but it was still a pain. Then the food came, oh my, that this is passed off as Mexican of any kind is an embarrassment. Im from Texas, Ive eaten a variety of Mexican styled food most of my life and the chain taco joint that gives everyone the trots is closer to real Mexican than this stuff. Save yourself from this places delusions and go somewhere, anywhere else.

Terrible, Beans taste like play-doh and the rice isnt much better! Chimichanga dinner was border -line the WORST ever! Their "Large" Botana was smaller than any small botany Ive ever ordered and had maybe 3 slices or avocado on it. Much better Mexican in Livonia although their self proclaimed "Best Mexican in Livonia" is a very far stretch! Unbelievable, worst $35 invested! Shouldve bought a $3 block of cheddar and had a more flavorful meal. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! TERRIBLE!

When you first look at the place you might not notice it but once you go in it has great atmosphere. This is by far the best Mexican food Ive had in the Metro Detroit Area. There King Size Combo and Bob Talbert in addition to Enchiladas are all awesome. They give you good portions of food at affordable prices. Also there Mexican Fried Ice Cream is 1 of the greatest Desserts of all time. I love this place and this is a regular establishment me and my family frequently go to.

Very tasty! Great price, great food, great service. This is a no frills establishment for hungry people who love authentic Mexican cuisine. My first time dining here I had a bad experience with the tortillas (they were greasy and old... yuck!). Thankfully I gave it another chance. The food here is delicious and their tortillas are fantastic (I dont what went wrong with the tortillas that one day-- every time Ive been there since theyve been perfect!).

I do enjoy this place and have for years.. but . Customer service lacking. I received beef instead of chicken... ate it because I was hungry and didnt want to waste food. I wasnt checked on until I was done eating though and when I mentioned it there was not much they were willing to do to fix it... disappointed in that. That being said best hard tacos and food in general but need a lesson in customer service

Saturday Got there @ 7:40 they gave us water, chips & salsa @ 8:00, order taken @ 8:15, food arrived @ 8:50... They never offered us more chips, we had to ask for extra salsa, silverware & napkins, my chic&steak fajitas were burnt to a crisp underneath so I sent my plate back for a new one.. I usually like this place but service has gone down hill drastically my last few stops in & I been going here forever.

I cant believe no one has mentioned the freaking guacamole nachos! Holy ****! I dont even live in Michigan anymore and I still dream about their guacamole and those delicious magical homemade nachos... ok, Im exaggerating but not much. Best Mexican food Ive ever had in my life and the drinks are great too! It looks like a hole in the wall for sure but the food is worth a 3000 mile trip across the country.

Their food isnt authentic Mexican food. Its Americanized. You can tell that whoever is the cook has no Latino background. The food was just okay at best. I went with a Mexican friend of mine and he agreed that it wasnt authentic Mexican food. I would have been happier at Taco Bell. I hate to sound so negative but I dont as expecting authentic Mexican food and so was he and we were left disappointed

Very good food. The building looks like a fast food restaurant on the outside. The inside of the restaurant is comfortable, tables are pretty close together. Chips and salsa are very good. The drive from my house is forty minutes each way and I will definitely be visiting frequently. Muenster cheese on a lot of the food, lovveee it!!

My parents introduced me to Old Mexico when I was young, we ate there often. I moved to Orlando in the early 90s, and have not found a decent Mexican restaurant here. Now when I visit Livonia the first place I eat is Old Mexico, and it never changes and I believe it beats every Mexican restaurant in Orlando....I am lost without Old Mexico!

Bad idea to go on Cinco de Mayo. Their carryout system was terrible. Orders were up, but nobody was calling them. Cashier wasnt telling the waitress running the carryout when something was paid for. Very disorganized, and as a result my food was cold when I got it home. I will likely give it another shot on a normal day though.

I love the tacos, and really dont care about their authenticity...so cant speak on that. Rice, beans...delish. Margaretas, yes please! The negatives, tiny parking lot, not always best customer service, and a very tight "dining room". Best to go during non-peak hours, in my opinion. Very casual atmosphere. No need to get fancy.

My family and I have been coming here for years, have brought other family members and friends as well. The food is always excellent and service is friendly. There is usually a wait because it is not a huge restaurant chain, but always well worth it. Prices are fair and has mexican authenticity foodwise.

Their food is great but when you order carry out you wont get what you ordered. My husband called to tell them that we got the wrong order and they told us to bring it back in exchange for what we had said we wanted. Once I got there she told me I needed to pay for THEIR mistake. Horrible service!

Very good Mexican cuisine and welcoming staff and atmosphere. The tacos are large and the best that I have had, and the fried ice cream (I got for free on my birthday) was exceptional. Only problem I have with this restaurant is that it is too small, it can get very packed on busy nights.

Ive eaten in and ordered take-out. The chips are a little too thick for my liking. Take out with chips and salsa is a bit pricey. Not super consistent in flavor. But it was pretty alright. I love Mexican food normally, and after my last visit, Ill be waiting awhile to go again.

went there for the first time yesterday. was happy with the service placed a 50.00 carry out and id have to say it was good. the chicken fried tacos where to die for. hell im going back right now there website needs to improve to help there carry out costumers.
