Just tried this "steak house"...no sirloin on the menu??? I ordered the ny strip with red potatoes. Bartender adked how I want it, I said well done. He laughed, not a good start. I should have left then. Beer was warm compared to most bars. 2 of 3 utensils were dirty so I put them to the side on the bar and no one ever asked if I needed new ones. The steak came out and bled at first cut. Definitely medium, no where near well done. Bartender asked if I wanted to send it back, but being allergic to spit I never send back, plus...its a "steak house" but they cant cook a steak well done. Bartender then said its better like this. Kinda like saying (for the second time) screw how you want it, we like it like this so you should too. I didnt. Warm beer. No sirloin. Cant cook a steak to order. Dirty silverware. Never going back, not a "steak house"

We went here for dinner last night to avoid how busy it would be today. It was our third time there in six months and each time we had Filet Mignon and it has been mouth watering each and every time. It has a delicious zippy sauce and the redskin potatoes also had a sauce that went with them that was awesome as well. And then we had a waiter Mike K that was absolutely the best you could ask for!!! We will make sure we are in his area next time we come. Very prompt, informative, attentive and extremely courteous and friendly. Glad he came aboard and hope he is there for years to come! Already looking forward to our next visit!

I wish I could give no stars! Just went out to dinner with my family and everything we got tasted awful and was not cooked properly! My sons Mac n cheese was like rubber, tasted stale and old and was cold upon arrival. I ordered my steak medium and it came out double well done and burnt on both ends!! And if Im going to pay $25+ for a piece of meat Id like it to be edible!! We had a HORRIBLE experience and not the first time. No wonder this place is always empty, needless to say, this will be our last time.. with service and product this awful Im amazed their still open.. i know were never going back! 0 stars!!

Service was friendly but food was NOT good. When I was asked if I was full after barely touching my plate, I stated that i didnt like my food because it was dried out, the waitress said she would get me something different to which I declined. She brought it anyway and then charged me for what she chose for me! It was a significant difference in price!! And it wasnt any better than the first thing that I actually ordered. Wont go back and throw my money away here. Also prices on the menu dont match what you are charged so pay attention to your bills

Poor customer service...Dine here on Fathers day. Diner was pretty empty. We had a infant seat and need either a sling or a high chair. Before I could open my mouth the waitress makes a big scene telling "no dont ask me for anything...I dont want to hear it". If it wasnt for my family wanting to try something different would have walked out and not have given one red cent. After that she the waitress would not face me or talk to me directly. Very uncomfortable. Even if the food was great never will return and wont tell anyone to go there.

Worst service we have had here, wont be back, Friday before 6:00 $17 for a order crab legs with our steak, not even a full side of a crab Ordered a Non alcohol beer ($8), with my ribs, never got it but was still charged for it listened to two waitresses complaining about management and another absent waitress while waiting for someone to come to our table to deliver our drinks. Food great, but the service was terrible

DESERVES ZERO STARS. Waitress was AWFUL. Very very very slow, rude, unprofessional, full of excuses, disappeared a ton. Food was DISGUSTING. Fish dinner was basically boxed fish. Fish was raw. Prime rib had zero flavor, prime rib dip was all grease. Roast beef sandwich was all fat, no taste, fries were cold, baked potato was cold. And had to wait almost 45 minutes for our food.

Hubby loved his steak stroganoff. I got frog legs and red potatoes. My potatoes were burnt. We also had a watress that was glairing at us almost the whole time. The bus boys were behind us talking about some one new and kept saying the f-word. The one bus boy basically stood at our table waiting for us to finish.

I expected better service. Ive heard it was good but the food wasnt cooked appropriately and the service was incredibly slow. There was only a few others in and it was a week night. More than half an hour after getting our menu, we were getting ready to just leave, then she finally came to take our order.

Bad dining experience. It must have been a bad night in the kitchen. All tables around us were waiting over an hour for their food. We ordered salad, prime rib and baked potato. All of it was below average, baked potato was burnt outside, cold inside. Ill never visit this place again.

Best Spanish Coffee! Also, there menu offers a fine assortment of gourmet dishes you wont find elsewhere or at least within close proximity. Their butter garlic excargot is top notch, & totally worth it for $5/happy hour!!!
