I went in this evening to the Lk Orion location and admit, it was 9:42 p.m. and the store was going to be closing in a little over 15 minutes but, I only needed to grab like 4 items and would be out of there yet the cashier (Rita?) acted like I had just stolen her purse or ruined her day, as lucky me I was the last Customer of the night (terrible customer relations)! And yes, I agree with another female who rated this Hollywood that it isnt the cleanest and they still have NO LOYALTY program so, even though they mailed my household coupons back toward the beginning of summer, I may have only used 1 and am very curious how do they build or track their "loyal patrons" if theyve got no Loyalty Program?! Regardless, I do think theyve got great produce, a nice deli and Hollywood Mkts started out as primarily a meat market so they do have an excellent selection of meat & seafood but since Im more of a vegetarian, I dont shop these areas often. Oh, and sorry, if you/your family is on a very "tight food budget" like ours, this grocery is definitely NOT for you, as unless youve got a boatload of coupons, I am never able to walk out of this store with 6 items or less and pay $20 or more!

This place is a literal pile of garbage. It is rundown and dirty. The staff is extremely rude and one time I got cornered and interrogated because I looked like I was someone underage trying to purchase beer. Plot twist: Im 26. If the customer service workers there cant be bothered to respond to your greeting and/or be friendly they shouldnt be working with people. Ive had this happen on multiple occasions by four different staff members. Get a better manager, clean the grime off of your store and train the staff.

You have to go here for the meat counter. My wife thinks I am a great cook and it is because I cheat and get my meat here. You can get marinated raw kebabs and all kinds of great stuff that is ready for the grill or oven. For fresh produce, they have a harder time competing.

The meat department is top notch. The rest of the store, not so much. I am constantly getting baggers that put meat with bakery or produce. Once, the manager bagged and he did the same thing! If they arent careful, someone is going to get sick from cross contamination.

I stopped into the deli looking for a premade meal (just moved and stove isnt hooked up), bought a turkey sandwich & some fruit, it was the best sandwich Ive ever eaten. The staff was very attentive. Definitely going back

Great meat counter and beer selection. However their overall selection and prices are not great. This is the place to go to get a few items or a piece of meat for dinner but I would not go here for a full grocery run.
