If I could give 0 stars I would have. We come to this location at least once a week and mind you its never stellar service but today was beyond me. We did not get any type of greeting when we walked in and when the guy finally came up to the front from behind the wall he didnt even say hello. When we started telling him our order it was clear that he was very new, he actually looked terrified, which is fine no big deal, but it was clear that he should have had someone there with him to help him because he couldnt even find what we were ordering let alone any of the few substitutions that we wanted. Once we got our order it was all wrong. My husband ordered a wrap with no pineapple sub onion and it was loaded with pineapple and didnt have any onion. My flatbread was made with the wrong sauce. But the cherry on top was when I received my peanut butter cup smoothie with no peanut butter that was what I ordered because it seemed like the easiest way to tell him what I wanted, what was just a chocolate banana smoothie, rocket science, I know. When they handed it to me it was clear that he took out the chocolate instead of the PB. When I took it back to the window the blonde girl that came up to me argued with me that it was suppose to be a kids smoothie, which was incorrect, we had already received my daughters chocolate banana smoothie, and her final response to me was "whatever, Ill remake it" with more attitude than I even allow my own children to talk to me with. There obviously needs to be an adult in the building to make sure that these children can correctly perform their duties as well as control their attitudes. Good luck to this establishment if it keeps going in this direction.

If you are vegan/vegetarian do not eat here! This was once my favorite restaurant and location, but not anymore and here is why. They have put meat in my food several times even though I clearly request that I do not want meat, specifically bacon, plus its hard to tell if they put veggie chicken in my food versus real chicken and I just dont trust them to prepare food for me, a vegetarian. I honestly think they do it on purpose, maybe they think its funny to put real meat on food that was requested to be vegetarian. I have even politely let them know that they made an honest mistake and I have been very kind about it but they dont care to fix it or even apologize. The cashiers thought it was funny and wrote my name in "the book" for a free sandwich the next time I come in. Well the next time I came in my name was heavily scribbled out of the book and they pretended like they didnt know what I was talking about. So clearly the employees here are not fit to work in customer service if they are going to act immature and entertain themselves at work by driving away a former frequent costumer. On top of that this location is sooo slow at making orders lol and by the looks of other reviews some people can agree with me. Im just sharing what I experienced. I must say the smoothies are the best. I cant make this review completely negative (~:

Called ahead to order 2 sandwiches and 2 smoothies because we were pressed for time to get back to work. When we arrived to pick them up, they said they forgot to put the order in. So we ordered again. Which took another 10 minutes because the man behind the register didnt know what he was doing. He kept asking what sandwiches we wanted and had to find them on the menu because he couldnt find them on the register. Another 10 minutes later, our sandwiches came out. About 5 minutes after that I realized that several people that ordered after us were receiving their smoothies. So I asked if our smoothies were almost done. They didnt even have the ticket back there. I would have had to just keep waiting forever if I hadnt said something. I will not be returning to this location as Ive never had any issues with the other 2 I frequent.

Literally processed one order at a time so, if I am alone and order 1 smoothie, rather than make mine at the same time they make the next order (because they have more than a couple of blenders for a reason), they wait til the first smoothie is done. I placed my order at 4pm sharp and didnt get a smoothie (no food) until 4:16. There were three people in the store with me. Thats over 5 minutes per order even if they serve one at a time! Thats not FAST food!

Food was good, but 4 of 5 the smoothie orders were wrong, 2 of 5 sandwiches were wrong, prices charged were wrong, service was very slow (even though no one was in line ahead of us), and while we noticed some of the errors before we left w carryout order, a few customers were in line with no front person in sight, so the wait would have been too long for us to get them to fix the order, as we had already waited so long that we were late.

If I could give this place no stars, I would. I came in earlier and it took me an hour to get one smoothie. And the cafe only had about 4 customers. The customer service was so terrible. There were about 3/4 teenagers in the back talking and laughing and completely ignoring the customers. Tropical smoothie used to be my favorite, but after this experience, Ill never give this place my business again.

I had a large order, 8 smoothies and 9 food orders, everything was delicious. We were all very happy with everything. The staff was very nice and worked quickly to get me my order. They did leave out two food items and they arent labeled. Probably not a huge deal, but I had 9 food items, and without unwrapping everything, I had no idea what anything was. Will be going back for sure.

It took like 7-10 minutes for them to come out front after we came in. The two young women kept discussing their personal things about shopping, they were rude when taking their order. Made a snapping hand gesture for the payment and lacked any friendliness. They didnt notate which wrap was which wrap was what on the order. Not impressed, in the least.

Compared to two other Tropical Smoothies I went to, I can tell you they made the Kiwi Quenchers I ordered wrong. They left out the Yogurt and the taste was super bitter. Taste was awful and couldnt finnish. Would not recommend this one, head to the one in Fenton instead.

I always have had the best experience with the people working that are clean and well dressed, and super friendly. My family has food allergies and if you let them know they will clean the blenders to make sure there is no cross contaminants.... Love this place...

The store was extremely dirty and very unorganized.I waited for 15 minutes for 3 smoothies while people they came in after me and had ordered more were served.And still had bad service.I used to come here all the time now I do not recommended it

The location in Flint Grand Blanc area was awesome I was never so happy to see this place I eat here all the time at the beach and I love their food and their smoothies service is always great food was always good
