Let me start by saying I have been here multiple times now since the former GBI re opened under New name of Draft Street sports. The food is good. Not amazing, but good. I have been waiting to write anything in hopes that the "status quo" would change. It hasnt. My last two visits I have had a waitress who is "still new" and when asked a question (both times, two different waitresses) they were unable to answer questions off the menu. There is usually only one floor gal and two bar tenders staying behind the bar regardless of how many people get seated in the dinning area and the useless manager floats here and there just observing. The waitresses always seem willing to be great but the lack of support from the bar team and manager is evident. This location MUST survive on regulars and it is apparent that they are apathetic or not interested in expanding cliental. Once again the food is good. But the overall experience is very poor.

Waitress was nice and pleasant but gave subpar service. She never offered me another drink after I said I wanted to start with a water and decide on something else in a bit. I Asked for a draft beer list as well but one was never brought. My girlfriend and I ordered chips and salsa but it was never rang in let alone brought out. I ordered bacon added to my cheeseburger but it was not on my burger or rang in. Refills were not offered until we were done with our food. Food tasted mediocre at best as well. Nothing special about it. Probably will not be back to the establishment.

Our server was friendly but not very good at her job. We had to ask for silverware after she brought our food cause after sitting with our food in front of us for 5 minutes we still didnt have any and we had to ask her 4 times to bring our granddaughter a soda. Also the menu is very limited.

After new ownership, the whole restaurant/bar looks great, and the BLT pizza and duck bacon wontons are great, but the chicken on most anything is kind of dry and the $5 for 3 tacos are pretty weak, especially comparing price with other taco Tuesday deals in area.
