These owners like to let the local talent and "promotion team" host at their venue on Saturday. If you are looking to be schemed out of money or over charged for drinks, with poor waitstaff then this is the place for you. I went to celebrate for a friends birthday, at no cover before 11p for both male and female with RSVP. We arrived before the requested time to: 1. A gentleman giving us a cost for cover, once we explained that requirements that were listed on the sites page as well as the text from the number listed, the guy informs us the women are free all night but men had to pay. We enter a empty venue with waitstaff, promoters and a few patrons which lasted throughout the night. I attempt to order some drinks and was asked about the type of payment. When I stated cash, the waitress explained that I would need exact cash. When I asked why, no response was given, so I asked if credit cards were accepted. The waitress stated yes and walked away for almost 10 mins without returning to greet the only customer at the bar. After the crowd grew, shorter my party decided to leave. I had forgotten an heirloom, fox shrug on the chair. I called very next morning. And was greeted by Nancy, who rushed me off the phone, saying to call at 4p. I obliged and called at the requested time to speak with Nancy, who asked if my shrug was black and then short and rudely say, that she didnt see it. The staff is rude. The promotion team are crooks. The booth rental is sad, $150 to sit on a two seater couch and no real waitstaff. This place should have stayed where it was,the closed, the forgotten, The Rhino.

Nice little bar. Good atmosphere and good food. Drinks were good too but rather pricey. The staff not the nicest and the credit card machine was down so had to use the atm. Which I feel may have been on purpose since I went there at 12:30 at night and then being open for a few hours nobody could have came and fix the machine I find that odd for any business to not have a working credit card machine. But I would come back

Its ok....I attended poetry night, drinks were just ok but the Lamb chops were really really tasty. I would recommend those. The place is small and the acoustics work against the poets when noise is in the background. A place to hang out for a little bit.

There is an older crowd here and Im not exactly sure if its a bar/lounge or if people are just meant to stand around. You can visit here if you have nothing else better to do but dont expect a whole lot.

Very friendly. Drinks didnt seem strong... Until I stood up. Thats a good indication that the bartender knows his job. Restrooms are in the basement. Just so you know if youre handicapped.

I love the outside/inside atmosphere. The drinks were good; staff was friendly. Went on a Saturday night. The only thing I dont like is the fact that the bathrooms are in the basement.

Excellent friendly service, good tunes and high end booze. The sweet potato waffle fries are simply scrumptious. Like mini squash funnel cakes. A great late night spot for dinner.
