1st and foremost I would like to let everyone know I was once a waitress for many years and have the up most respect for people working in the industry......With that being said....I just had the worst experience from the bartenders right on down to the management at this establishment. Once my dear friend and I arrived we were not acknowledge for over 15 minutes....No water....No hello....Nothing.....We had to grab someone to place a drink order (and we were sitting right at the bar). The bartenders were very annoyed by us. We had to then ask for food menus and then flag someone down to order. Once we ordered we were then informed that they were out of CEASAR DRESSING, so my friend ordered the other salad on the menu.....To only discover that they were out of that dressing too. My friend asked for just the chicken kabob from her salad ( as she was starving). At this point the MANAGER came out and argued with my friend about her salad..... Refused to give her the chicken and stated " we will just get your bill". She didnt ever get any food and we left..... HORRIFIED

Worst service by far.. place was dead and it took forever for drinks and food...45 minutes for food...waitress was super rude when I inquired if it the food was almost ready.. manager brought out the food and did not apologize..said the g was backed up w orders...meal comps would have been nice for the wait...o well...1 * it is since 0 is not an option

Sat at a table for about 10 minutes and then stood at the bar for another 10 minutes and had 3-4 of the same servers/bartenders pass by and not say a word. The bar was not busy by any means either. Super disappointed because the set up of the bar is very cool. Too bad, will stick with the other clawson local spots I guess.

The menu is a little small, but dont hold that against them. Decent Whisky based bar. Almost every drink has Canadian Rye. The Old Fashioned was good, and so was the Remember the Main. Looking forward to going back and trying their House made Infused Rock & Rye (Canadian Rye, Infused Fruit, and Kracken Spiced Rum).

Went to 54 West last night. I live in Clawson so I like supporting the local businesses. Sat down at the bar with a few friends and was never served. The bar had 3-4 bartenders and not one came up to us, after 10 minutes we left. Wont be going back.

Lexi is amazing. Sam is superb. Jonah is the boss of all bosses. Drinks are strong but pricey. Only food is pizza but its really good pizza. Friendly and inviting. Open area is very relaxing.

Great place to come and drink and relax. Fireplaces are a very nice touch to the atmosphere. Very comfortable place to be and the drinks are definitely worth the money! Will for sure be back!

Drinks are pretty tasty, a bit on the pricy side. Nice atmosphere and decor. Have to knock them for not following their posted hours, will be randomly closed which is frustrating.
