Amazing food aside, for a bar at capacity the service was exceptional. Not only did our waitress tend to us diligently the management staff was present the entire night. Being the large diverse party we were (16 people) I dont think we couldve imagined a better experience. If you go, ask for Darlene. Ive read a few comments regarding racism and I can assure you my friends of color werent treated any lesser than I. I assume all if those comments were from the same party and one poor experience.

The next time you refuse to serve people because they are white, I hope they call the police. Saying that people of color dont belong in your place of public business and this nation? Your racism is becoming a social media campaign .. many thousand people are reading at this very moment about how you treated paying customers abusively because they are not white. Good luck working with that time machine taking you back to 1899.

Had a good time, and I am not a fan of country music. The atmosphere in the place is top notch. The stage and bar set up is perfect. The wait staff was great, and the whiskey selection was very good. I did not eat, but others at the table did, and they said everything was very good. I am not a fan of paying a cover charge. I understand why its done, but I just dont like it. All in all I would visit Dixie Moon again.

Loved the food especially the waffle sandwich, and brunch on the weekends is really great with tons of egg benedict and pancake/waffle choices on the menu! They just need to get people to discover the place during this slow time of year. Lunch needs fast and cheap option specials. Entertainment is fun on the weekends, and maybe there will be some acoustic singers for dinner during the week? This place is a gem!

They dont care for blacks there? Excellent. Maybe I can finally go out and have a public meal without a tribe of rude, socially uneducated morons, within earshot, that cant regulate the volume of their voices properly....... Were all tired of their loud "look at me", needy ways. Sit down, shut up, respect others around you, and perhaps "they" would get the some mutual EARNED respect.

Only had drinks at the bar and listened to a set from a local band. We enjoyed the bar, service and music. The customers, staff and band members were all very friendly as expected down south. For whatever reason, it was missing something from feeling like a county bar. Maybe it was a little too nice and not enough dive.

Great drinks, incredible service. Our bartender Ted was very attentive and fun to joke with. We went on an off night so it wasnt too busy, but it was a great atmosphere nonetheless. Very relaxing place if its not a night they have live music.

Shrimp and grits was so delicious! Also, my drink, a Texas Rose--vodka, rosemary, muddled blueberry--was refreshing and different. Great, attentive waitstaff, nice place to chat with my friend. We left before the live music started.

Went here for a birthday. The live band was good. It was pretty packed. Didnt have anything beside drinks so cant really comment on the food. Im not into country really so I doubt I will be back.

Good service and friendly staff. The food was pretty good but the mashed sweet potatoes were too sweet. Not a huge fan of the Alabama white sauce.
