We ordered online for the first time and had an issue with how toppings were picked. I called once the error was discovered when delivered. The girl who answered the phone was completely rude. I finally told her to have the manager call me back. I clearly did not check my receipt, but they did not care about the issue with their own system (girl on the phone "was not that familiar with online ordering"). My husband spoke with the manager and finally went to the Brighton location. They were even more rude to him. They did pull our order history and acted like the $40 in pizza a month was not worth their time. Which is good because we will never be back. We are very disappointed and sadden by this situation. We are home caring for a very sick child and ordering pizza every other week or so is our "night out" to treat ourselves.

1. Ordered pizza special of the wk, large "gourmet deluxe pizza". Bland, sparsely topped, under cooked, soggy and doughy in center. Neither gourmet nor deluxe. 2. Called the store and the mgr told me, "I think we do pretty good most of the time". Couldnt believe my ears. No offer to correct the situation. 3. Called corporate cust. service and they said theyd have the owner call me. Still waiting to hear from the owner. 4. Well never go back. 5. Best part - a glowing example of how not to run a business. Weve ordered $40/mth for the past several yrs. 2 more like us will cost them $1000 in sales/yr. How long and how many new custs does it take to rebuild $1000 sales/yr? Clueless.

Received free pizza to welcome us to the neighborhood. Unfortunately, after we tried it it was more like a warning to stay away. Toppings were sparse, sauce was almost non exsistant, dough was salty and just plain bad. The facility looked run down with a bad coutertop. The staff, although nice, was unprofessional in apperience. The establishment screams of a non existent owner who doesnt care. Wont be back. Sad

Didnt deliver pizza ordered for a party, were unapologetic and said it was ordered for a different day, even when provided the printed out receipt. Almost ruined a childs birthday except that we ran to Little Ceasers last minute and grabbed hot and readys.

I ordered the simplest pizza ever pepperoni with light sauce and what do I get I get pepperoni with extra sauce and two pepperonis on the whole pizza and they charge me five dollars extra just to get delivered to my house
