I usually LOVE this place, the staff is usually really friendly and the food is always good, but after this last visit i was highly surprised! I ordered 2 B.P. Italians with pickles and hots which is the usual, but this time the sandwiches tasted left out or refrigerated and they were REALLY soggy. They were so soggy we had to take everything off the bread and toast it. My theory is that they had a pre-made sandwich that had been made for a while and threw some pickles and hots on it. This has happened a few times as i went closer towards closing time. I didnt want to complain, but i love this place and if other people start getting sandwiches like this they would lose business. Im hoping the owners look at these reviews and make sure the quality control of the staff is up to par, because unfortunately those sandwiches were not. =/

First time trying this place. Big issue: Make sure you call the right location if calling for take out. Email site only list phone number for Chandler St. Food was very filling and tasty. No plastic ware provided. The ceasar salad was good. The chicken Mediterranean wrap was excellent. The turkey blt wrap was large and stuffed. I will return.

I live in the neighborhood so I go in two or three times a week the variety of wide selection of food to be had at this fine Eatery. great Grinders, meat pies, spinich pies, homemade macaroni and potato salad. and one of the cutest waitresses I have ever seen. ( With purple hair) Management, whatever youR doING dont change a thing!!
