Well this chain has lived up to its expectations. Horrible and not worth it. We ordered a "to go" order. They asked for our vehicle make, model and color and told us they would meet us at the car. Ready for pick up in15 minutes. After 45 minutes we finally had our food, sort of. They never came to the car and after waiting 10 minutes in the car we entered the restaurant to be told they do not deliver up the car. The signs in the lot say to wait for the servers to bring the food to you. Then they hostess wanted to argue about if it was suppose to be delivered or not. Then we had to wait another 15 minutes for the food to arrive. We ordered 2 meals and came home with 4. Great, expect the other meals were things we would not order and eat to top it off we wee charged for the items we did not order or want. Thanks for wasting $30 extra dollars. This was the worse service I have ever received.

Have been getting gold fever party platters here for a long time. This is a monday, so its not busy at all. Call up on my birthday to get one, now we are told its two to three hours as stated on menu. Never had to wait before. Take your business elsewhere like we did. Went to fitchburg 99, Excellent service and I didnt have to go back in like worcester 99 because the platter was half empty. Wife even tipped the girl that brought them the car they because they were so on the ball with customer service. Keep away from another dump in Worcester.

The server was incredibly personable, friendly and helpful. The ribs werent as spicy as one of party thought, the Prime Rib was cooked a bit much as he wanted medium rare and got medium. Amd there was too much Peppercorn rub on the sides. The chicken fingers were on the dry side but still edible. Just not juicy. As were the French Fries. And the Steak Tips, like the Prime Rib, was cooked too much. I asked for medium and got well.

I grew up eating at the 99s in Concord and westford. My girlfriend and i just moved from az and shes never eaten here and Ive been building this restaurant up for years. Always had a good meal but this specific 99s has not only had amazing food but the best customer service we have ever had at any restaurant. Thank you to the staff and management for an amazing date night!!!

I havent had a bad experience here. The specials they run during local sports seasons are pretty cool, like kids eat free if the Sox win or football playoff wings specials. Food is okay, service is usually good and parking is usually not a problem. If the lot is full so are they.

The 12 oz Prime Rib was about 6oz of fat . I got corn it was like it was right out of the can it was ice cold .. What waitress gave us the Bill an the dessert menu at the same time. I guess she wanted us to pay the Bill before we got dessert. We will never go there again ..

Always a solid performance and decent for chain restaurants, often a bit on the salty side. Service is always good. Wifi works well and a horseshoe bar. I also notice the bar is often busy and dont forget the complimentary popcorn.

Pretty good food, pretty good staff. Awesome sports deals (kids eat free if Sox wins). Picking up food is good, they will come out to your car.
