Was recommended to the cafe by a relative. The cafe is relatively small with seating for about a dozen people or fewer. You walk in and the order at the counter on the right with the kitchen behind it. The menu selection is somewhat limited but it helps keep the prices down as it is relatively reasonable. The serving size is very good and can be large when eating in. Take out sizes look deceiving but the dishes are the same as eating in. The spicy dishes can be customized to be less spicy and it still taste good. The pork sandwich is heavy on the dough but good and filling. The hot and sour soups are delicious. The cafe adds just a tad more in vinegar but thats good for your health ;) Its located near Woburn Center but youd never think or know that this cafe existed in Woburn. Will return to try the other dishes :)

Price: $$ | Food: 4 | Service: NA This is a hidden gem. The food here is very authentic and delicious. Noodles are handmade in-house and made to order. Every time I visit this place, I would order flatbread, noodles and lamb skewer. There are only 9-10 items on their menu (one of them is only available Saturday!). One warning I would give to anyone visiting to this place is to expect the dish to be very oily. If you dont have a strong stomach, I would try to avoid ordering the noodles. But, if you can handle it, it is one of the greatest Chinese noodles you can get in the Boston area. There are plenty of seats if you would like to eat in. They are quite busy during weekend and even weekday lunch hours.

The restaurant is a nice and clean cut place that has many different options on what to get. From lamb skewers, to tea eggs, their flat breads, and finally their hand pulled noodles. #16. The spicy hand pulled noodles is a must have. The amazing texture of the hand pulled noodles with the flavoring of the broth that hits you many ways. I went on a rainy day with a friend whose never had it before, he himself was struck with awe when he had the noodles. At the end of the whole experience, we were picking up our bowls and slurping the rest of the broth to show how good it was.

This is my husbands favorite restaurant. Get the noodles! Thick, chewy, wonderful. The restaurant is very polarizing, you either love it for the chewy spicy greasy goodness, or you hate the chili oil and greasiness. The flatbread sandwiches are made from dense, thick bread and shredded, oil-soaked meat. I know, not an appealing description, but they are plain enough that my 3 year old likes them, and they are just right to round out a bowl of soup or sop up the leftover chili oil at the bottom of a bowl of noodles.

Got some take-out for the first time today. The hand pulled noodles were well flavored with garlic and chili and the noodle had a great texture. The pork sandwich was also flavorful and in a custom-baked roll that went well with the saltiness of the meat. Im really excited to have a Chinese restaurant in Woburn that actually has more authentic and interesting Chinese food rather than just another place that serves General Tsos Chicken.

Went here and got hand pulled noodles and the girl got house broth and noodles. Think the noodles and broth had a nice vinegary/alkaline taste to them. I think they put mixed veggie packet in there too? Not a fan of peas. The hand pulled noodles were coated in hot oil which was nice. More things on the menu looked quite good too. I will have to explore it later. Does not accept credit cards at the moment.

The noodles are chewy, delicious, and unlike anything Ive ever tasted. The food is tasty and reasonably priced, although payment is cash only. Be prepared for a long wait if you arrive during a peak mealtime, and take care not to plan a visit before any important meetings - the chili oil, garlic, and cumin do a number on your breath (worth it, though)!

A diamond in the rough. You would never expect such authentic and amazing Chinese food from looking at the place but it truly is a gem! Noodles are stretched and hammered by hand and with such a great selection to choose from, it will give you plenty of reasons to come back. Cash only but some things are worth making a pit stop to the ATM.

We drive 45 minutes to get lunch here regularly. The pulled noodle bowl is a must (#4 on menu). So fresh and always delicious. Fair warning... They use a lot of garlic and cilantro. The garlic can be mostly removed ( they pile it on the top). We also love the dumpling soup (#10 on menu). Highly recommend!

Hard pulled noodle but too hard to eat. Flat bread is too thick and lacks the favor. 扯面的面条拉的像皮带,太厚太硬,不好吃。

Excellent pulled noodles. Ive been here a couple of times and always enjoyed the food though the madhouse of the seating area can be dinner rush. Im a big fan of the hot and sour soup with dumplings. The skewers are also very tasty. Still five stars even though it is a cash only place

Food of the gods. We were very happy regulars when they were in Chelmsford. Since theyve moved we still make the pilgrimage several times a year. They also are happy to accommodate kids with an unadulterated version of the #4 of the garlic and chile are too much for them.

Oh my, my mouth is watering just thinking about the food here. Hand pulled noodles with a great spicy broth. The place itself does not look special from the outside, but the amazing food is so good. If I remember correctly, I think it is cash only.

Outstanding hand pulled noodles soup. Authentic taste. Limited menu but everything that is on it is very good. My favorite is the Hot and Sour and I get it extra spicey. Simply the best. Fast service affordable prices cash only

First time and there was hardly any parking. The pork intestines noodle had a very acquired and potent smell/taste. Im asain and that was a little too much for me. Other than that the other dishes were great.

We like coming here for their noodles as this type of food is pretty rare in this region. This place specializes in a particular style of hand made noodles and is different from the common Chinese restaurant.

This is a very authentic Chinese restaurant! I love it. Everything here is recommended. The owner is very nice and they make everything carefully and very fresh. Please note that they take cash only.

You need to have some understanding about Xian regional food (central China) before you go so you know whats on the menu. Do go and ask for American Chinese food, they are not good with those.

Fun little place in Woburn. Counter service for delicious, simple, tasty specialties of Xian, China, where the typical meat is lamb, not pork, and the typical grain is wheat, not rice.

Ive been to both locations and had about half the menu. the flatbread sandwich is ok, but what youre really here for is the noodles. all of those dishes are spectacular.
