I really do love this place but i recommend only picking up orders. They are very fast, good size portions and the food is great. However I would have given it more stars if it werent for their delivery system. You have to order a minimum of $15, NO exceptions, not even if its .05 cents off. (Their minimum is a little more than most paces but not too bad). On top of that they also have a $2 delivery fee. This means your cheapest possible delivery order is $17, plus what ever you decide to tip. It was just annoying to pay $18 + tip when i didnt even get what I asked for. I know its petty, but I was upset because they led me to believe I had ordered one thing when in fact I had ordered something else. They led me to believe that their side of sticky rice was the same sticky rice in the mango sticky rice. It was never explained that they are, infact different. Even though I explained to her i wanted the rice from the mango sticky rice. To fill the minimum delivery I bought 2 sides of sticky rice for $4. So I was forced to buy a extra $4 of stuff because of their delivery policy. $4 that ended up not even being what i wanted because their staff mislead me. I realize this is a communication error, but its the final straw for me. Their delivery is too expensive for me to not get what I asked for. I will be back, but Ill never order delivery again.

I love Thai food and have been eating it for years, so I was excited to find Thai Spice. I ordered from there last Friday night. I was told to pick up my order in 30 minutes. I arrived exactly on time, and had to wait an additional 30 minutes until I got my food! I kept asking the lady at the register how much longer, and each time she said "5 minutes." There were several other infuriated customers all waiting for their food, as well as people who kept calling asking where their delivery orders were. The answer each time was 5 minutes. One customer who was waiting told me that they do not start cooking your food until you get there. Then what is the point of calling ahead? When I finally got home with my food, I was disappointed yet again. The chicken basil Pad Thai was so spicy I could barely eat it (and I usually like spicy foods!). The wonton soup was very fishy smelling and tasting... not what I was expecting. I will definitely NOT be going here again.

The food is excessively oily. Instead of adding assorted vegitables, they load it with whatever they have in excess. when i ordered chicken pathai, it was half noodle and half onion, it was a literally all you can swallow onion. Other time, it was all carrots. At first, it looked okay, if you are a repeated customer, they cut corners. One time i ordered a appetite and two main dishes but they charged for three entree and would not refund money. There is much more decent fancy Thai restaurant in the area. I stop going here for some time and i dont miss them.

Today I ordered food at around 11:30, I call them around 12:20 to ask if it was coming soon. They said it should be here in about 10 minutes. I call back 25 minutes later, and it says "Were sorry, your call cant be completed at this time." And it repeats this about 4 time. The person finally shows up around 12:55. So It took a lot longer than usual for it to deliver. Hope it doesnt happen again

Probably best for take out only. The owner has convinced me in the past to get the takeout, because she said I would get more...and you get a lot for the cost. Call ahead, but dont be surprised when you get there, youre asked what you ordered and then they START to make your food. Plan accordingly.

I had eat in every restaurant on the West Roxbury area and this is a good spot to eat thai food. The portions are big and the food is good. You get what you pay dont expect high en food when you are paying take out menu. The services is good and the owners are very friendly.

My first time coming here with my husband and the food is AMAZING. We order the scallions pancakes n they was amazing very tasty. The pad Thai was excellent as well the chicken wings was great. Everything was soooooooooo. AMAZING

I love this place the food is great and the lady at the register is fun. its a small take away and everything is fresh. you might wait a bit for your food but its hot when you get it...

very good pad thai, and the take out dinner portion(10.25) is enough to feed at least 3 people. But be aware that when they say it will be ready in 15 minutes they actually mean 30.

Great food. As everyone notes you will wait for your food but it is always hot and great portions. We like the dumpling soup and pad Thai. Beef dishes and red curry is also tasty.

Very tasty and fresh! I highly recommend the Tom Kha Kai soup and fresh rolls. The soup was rich and delicious and the fresh rolls were some of the best Ive had.

Food is okay. Expected my drunken noodles to be more spicy but it was pretty good. Satay was a bit too chewy but sauce tasted good. I really liked Tom Yum soup.
