I ordered using curbside pickup. I was very turned off that when ordering from the website, it asked me to enter a tip amount. I prefer to tip when I receive my food, but wasnt sure Id be able to do so since they were asking for it up front. The ordering system said my food would be ready in about 20 minutes. In "special instructions" I wrote that it would probably take me 30 minutes to get there. (I was picking up this pizza to bring to someone I was on my way to visit in Taunton, close to the restaurant but not close to my house.) The ordering system also asked for my phone number in case they wanted to confirm my order or had any problems or questions. I gave them my cell phone number. I got there in 35 minutes. I drove around the building twice looking for the promised "curbside pickup" spaces but didnt see any, so I just parked wherever and went into the restaurant so they wouldnt have someone wandering around the parking lot looking for me. (It was very cold out.) Instead of just bringing me my food indoors at the hostess station where I came in, they told me where the designated spaces were and told me to park over there. So I went back to my car (it was cold out) and drove over there. I hadnt seen the signs before because several large SUVs had been parked there; one had just left, so I took that spot. No one was in the other vehicles that were parked in curbside pickup spaces. Apparently, the restaurant doesnt try very hard to keep those spaces available for people who are actually picking up their food, even though plenty of regular spaces were open. I waited in my car a good five minutes before someone came out with my order. Actually, only part of it. One of the things Id ordered wasnt available. This could have been handled with a phone call, or they could have mentioned it when I had been in the restaurant, or refunded what Id paid for the item; but instead I had to ask for an alternative item and wait for her to come back with it - another 5 minutes. (It was just a bottled soda. No prep time required.) Insane. To sum up: Their predicted ready time was 20 minutes. I showed up 15 minutes later than that (and five minutes later than I had predicted) but still didnt have my food until more than ten minutes after THAT. You might wonder if perhaps my food was late because they had held off putting it in the oven so it would be fresh and hot when I showed up (a courtesy that would have been beyond the call of duty, but much appreciated). I dont know if they did or not, but regardless, the pizza was stone cold by the time I got it to my grandmothers house another five minutes later. Except for being cold, the pizza was good. But it was certainly not worth the hassle of the "curbside pickup" service, and I will never again order from any place that asks for a tip in advance. It just seems like extortion.

My husband and I received the best service that we have ever received anywhere at the Unos in Taunton, Ma. First off I placed the order and we were about an hour late picking it up. While we were driving there we received a phone call from them asking if we were still coming so they could cancel our transaction if we werent, since we had already paid online. I told him that we were right down the street and the manager offered to make us a brand new, fresh pizza because the other one was sitting there for a while. I told him that it was ok and he didnt have to but he insisted we thanked him very much. About 10 min later he brought me part of my order but because the pizza wasnt done yet he then gave us a gift card for $10! What a great guy. If you ever go there his name is Eric! Thank you Eric!

Our server Marco whom weve had a few times now is awesome. he really helps make a dining experience that me and my girlfriend enjoy, always getting what we need before we ask. I can honestly say we will be back because of his service. I hope that Unos will recognize him for his work there. Oh yea and the food is good the tortilini gra.... something is amazing I posted a pic and the mashed potato pizza app is awesome. Anyways as long as Marco is there Unos Taunton has a customer for life here.

Service has always been excellent, and would have been 5 stars, but Very Disappointed to learn today that the waitperson who has made our lunches so pleasant and relaxing is no longer there. We have had lunch there at least once a week because the food is good, but mostly because Stephanie has always been on top of things, taking good care of us and working really hard to be sure everything was perfect. Its hard to find a consistently good lunch place. Unos was ours.

It was ok until our server dropped the cleanup plates and food debris flew all over the table, Me and my 97 yo mother in law. My complaint is that. She never offerd to comp.us for anything. I had to go in the bathroom to clean food off my shoes, coat and pants. Sad .

Coffee is the best in town. Had a slight problem but was taken care of and i couldnt be happier.Instead of writing a bad review on a place Please speak to management and i assure you they will do everything to resolve any problem you may have.

Worst Pizza in my life thin crushed pizza was thick lot of cheese on pizza you cannt even chew kids pizza was free because of tuesday but kids didnt eat even slice service was poor, has to wait for server to get something

Went there for lunch and the place was kind of empty but it still took the waitress 10+ minutes to just to show up at our table. The food was good but if your on a time limit it might not be the best.
